M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of ceiling incl, cornices (plastered or unplastered) by brooming down and scrapping wherever necessary and applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of wall incl, cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, sand papered , and dusted and applying one coat of oil bound distemper of any tint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation treated surfaces of wall incl, cornices etc and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper all as specified and directed

M&L complete removal of existing surface of wall and applying 2 mm thick wall care putty and prepared surface even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorative surfaces of wall incl, cornices (plastered or unplastered) of any description, cleaning with sand papered , and dusted and applying two coats of Oil Bound distemper complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old wood and wooden based painted surfaces exe 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

All as per item No 6 above but applying one coat on steel surfaces.

M & L for preparation of surface of wall plastered and old decorated over 10 cm width or girth including removing existing treatment completely and applying two coats of weather proof exterior paint complete all as speicified and dircted.

M & L for preparation of wall surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing , scraping down soot, moulds, moss and effloresent salt etc surface of any description (plastered and old decorated) over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of weathter proof exterior paint complete all as speicified and dircted.
