Storage- 900x450x850mm Supplying and placing in position of Wooden Storages of size 900mm(W) x 450mm(D) x 850mm(H) MetalStorage consisting of swing door, Side Panels, top Panel, back & shelves including base/skirting. The storage is made up of 25mm Thick and 18mm Thick Pre-Laminated Particle Board with 0.8mm Thick CRCA sheet (As per IS:513)cladding on both sides and Top is made up of 11mm Thick Bent metal tops made up of 0.8mm Thick CRCA sheets (As per IS:513). Metal cladding and Top are powder coated with Epoxy Polyester powder of 50 +/- 10 Microns Thickness. The storage Unit is provided with 2 Hinge Doors made up of 18mm Thick Pre-Laminated Particle Board with decorative laminate on front side and backing laminate on backside. Opening door of the storage to have aesthetically appealing recess handle of Aluminium Extrusion. The storage unit is provided with Two nos of adjustable shelves to be supported adequately by specified hardware. Uniformly Distributed Load carrying capacity of each shelf shall be 40Kg. Metal Storage to be with 3 Point Central Locking Arrangement. Each storage unit shall be provided with a metal skirting of 15omm(H) along the width of the unit made up of 0.8mm The skirting is powder coated with Epoxy Polyester powder of 50 +/- 10 microns Thickness. Centre Table- 1000x1000x425mm Providing and Placing in position Center Table. Overall size shall be 1000mm(L) x 1000mm(D) x 425mm(H). Understructure of the table which includes Legs, top wooden frame & bottom tie members are made out of first quality rubberwood of approved make without knots & defects on all faces. Legs are provided of size 75mm(W) x 35mm((D) at the top side & 35mm(W) x 20mm(D) at the bottom.. Metal brackets are used for assembly purpose. Top: 75mm thick plyobard with laminate finish of approved make. Construction: Knock-down assembly.Wooden members are PU painted with hardness- 2H. Metal components are powder coated. Hardware: Knock-down assembly with high quality standard hardware like screws, metal inserts, wooden dowel, plastic leg bush. Complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Top shall be of plywood size : 600mm dia, 18 mm thick with PU coating of 18 mm thick . The top has a stiffener made in rubber wood . Top surface is coated with PU coating of 3H hardness . The bottom surface has a sealer coating . Top is fitted to the understructure with No. 8 x 16 philip head screw . Understructure shall be foldable and stackable , made with combination of aluminium and plastic . Centre column is of Aluminium extrusion of diameter 70 mm , which is anodized . Base is made in 2 pieces of die cast aluminium with buffed finish . It is bolted together with centre column and top flange Laminate shades as per existing tables at site
