Charges for dismatling of cable connections after disconnecting power supply removing out all indicators, probes and other instruments, isolation of pipeline by removal of dummy, cutting and removing of the chilled filters, compressor pipes and condenser water pipes, dismantling of condenser assembly after measuring all its fixing fasteners, chiller assembly, reciprocating compressor assembly and release all its fixings fasteners and removing out from its bed frame. Releasing all its insulation cement lastering & fixing fastners and removing bed from its bed frame including cost of consumables

Charges for Dismantling the package , lifting and erecting the new chiller assembly on the modificed bed frame, alignment , centering, providing anti bibration pads including cost of materials and consumables.

Charges for Reconnecting the chiller water lines with new M.S ERW pipes with necessary bends. Butterfly valves, manually balancing valves and flanged joints by fabricating to suit the site and provididng polyurethane cladding for 50mm thick and coating with water proof compound.

Charges for Reconnecting the condenser water line with new M.S ERW pipes with necessary bends, Butterfly valves, manual balancing valves and flanged joints by fabricating to suit the site and coating with polyurethane paint including cost of materials and consumables.

Charges for Providing rubber bellows with flanges in chilled water lines, condenser water line to protect the lines from hammering and vibration including cost of materials and consumables.

Charges for Providing water flow switch assembly with suitable capillary water tubing pressure gauges and fittings in chilled water and condenser lines for monitoring including cost of material and consumables.

Charges for charging of N2 gas for identification condenser tube puncture by providing the Rubber taper plug for easy identification of minor leaks in the end of the conderser tube of both sides, plugging the tube by brass taper plug including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.

Charges for supply and filling of ultra coolant YORK I oil for lubriction of compressor & Oil filters including cost of materials and consumables.

Charges for supply and feeding of referigent gas R 134a for compressor including cost of materials and consumables

Charges for normalizing the entire system : This work involves open the all isolation valves in gas side and open the condenser cooling water inlet and outlet valves, chilled water inlet and outlet valves , leak checking the filter driers in condenser & compressor including cost of consumables, hire charges and T&Ps.
