Three component epoxy polyurethane self levelling antistatic dissipative flooring system laid in overall thickness min 3mm (anti-static in 5x5 metre grid) comprising of 200 microns thick priming coat followed by 2mm thick base coat and 1mm thick top coat complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES:- 1.Epoxy colour theme will be decided by GE consultation with user. 2. Marking of yellow lines at designated place will be included in quoted rates. 3. The laying of the EPU flooring is to be done by only the authorized Applicator of any of the listed brands in PS Clause 16.1 on serial page no.80(A) and approval for the same is to be taken from the Garrison Engineer before start of work. 4.The defects liability Period of EPU flooring shall be 3yrs .A sum equal to 5% (Five Percent) of the amount of EPU Flooring in the BOQ will be held back out.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, including cutting of trees, shrubs or any type of vegitation upto and including roots complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

E/M PART

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan,bell, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc . credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volt grade cable with multi strand copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm FRLS (Nominal area) drawn through existing PVC conduit concealed in wall, ceiling with GI saddles GI screws, rawl plugs (concealed conduit wiring) with all fittings including Tee, Junction boxes and provision of pressed steel terminal box powder coated of suitable size with 3 mm thick laminated sheet cover for mounting switch sockets and regulators and drawing continuous earth wire of PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq mm (Nominal area) complete all as specified. Note: Cost for cutting, chasing and making good to existing surfaces are deemed to be included in the Quoted Rate.

Taking down existing exhaust fan/ ceiling fan any size with due care and refixing with new lok bolt (where required) after servicing and painting including connecting electrically using PVC insulated overall sheathed flexible copper conductor cable 0.75 mm all as required and directed.

Supply and fix stepped type electronic fan regulator flush type on the phenolic laminated sheet etc as required.

M & L for sub main wiring with two single core FRLS, PVC insulated, stranded, unsheathed cable copper conductor with size 06 Sqmm and drawing through & including Non metallic PVC conduit concealed in wall including earth continuity conductor of size 06 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable and connected to earth duly to be drawn in concealed PVC conduit including connecting to main board complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Conduit will be measured and paid separately.
