Taking down old/burn Submain wiring of any type and size complete and making good disturbed sufaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable existing SPN/TPN DBs / enclousers any size and type/any descriptions and making good disturbed surface of walls as to match the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Sub Main wiring with two runs single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed (FRLS) cable with multistranded, 1100 volts grade copper conductor drawn in suitable size of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit (not less then 20mm dia) and its all accessories complete concealed in wall/roof incl cutting & chases( making good all to the disturbed surfaces as per existing) with and including 4 Sqmm copper conductor cable (FRLS) green colour as earth wire complete all as specified and as directed. (ii) Earth plate surrounded by and packed with charcoal and common salt in alternative layers. (viii) Excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling & removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 m as directed.

Disconnecting water and electric connection in existing position of geyser and taking down geysers fixed to wall at any height by its own arrangement and repair/replacement of unservicable parts of geyser and same will be fixed at existing position after repair and testing at site/workshop complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The spare parts will be measured and paid separateley against appropriate items of BOQ. (ii) Contractor will attend/resolve complaint within 48 hours. (iii) The contractor should provide suitable manpower and equipment for attending of daily basis complaint and carry unservicable /serviceable geysers to the work site & AGE E/M office or vice versa and rate should be deemded in the quotated rate.
