PROVISIONING OF 01 X HIGH MAST SECURITY LIGHT 16 MTR AT NHM LAB CQA FEE AND NBCE WING, AUNDH CAMP PUNE UNDER GE MH AND RH KHADKI

Supply & Installation of Galvanized steel high mast lighting system of 16 meter height (Moterised) in two section, 3 mm section thickness, top dia 150 mm, bottom dia 340 mm, with 2/3 wire rope Moterised system and its motorised accessories, Aviation lights , Lightining Arrester and its accessories, System is suitable for loading 08 Nos, LED flood lights of capacity 400 Watt and Anchor plate 460 PCD 8 Holes, Template 460 PCD 8 Hole, Foundation Bolt M30x850mm Straight -08 Nos, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The rates are inclusive of High mast control panel (timer panel with suitable size/type/rating of MCB's , contactors, analog type timers, relays etc) for operation of High mast lights, Aviation light & Winch motor assy and complete control wiring from Timer panel to highmast lights and winch motor as per the OEM recommendations. (ii) The rates are inclusive of excavation work and foundation work of High mast pole as recommended by the OEM of the High Mast light and Engr-in-charge. (iii) The rates are inclusive of any type of T&P/Crane/Hydra involved in fixing of the highmast Lights. (iv) The cost of luminaries is to be paid under relevent item of the sch.

Supply and fix LED Flood light 400 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing high power LED's potted driver, lens, with efficacy of 120lm/W & toughened glass with IP 66 protection complete all as specified and directed. Make: Halonix/Philips/Havells Note :- The rates are inclusive of fixing charges of Flood lights to the circular ring of the High mast pole.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per irtem no 3 above but of size 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level , connected to 32 mm x 6 mm GI strip as earthing lead by means blots and nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and connected to main switch board including watering arrangement with PCC chamber , MS funnel, wire gauge. CI cover with frame , 50 MM dia GI pipe light grade for protection of wire/strip etc including necessary excavation in any type of strata , returning, filling removal of soil outside MD land ,filling of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Sch Part I , connected to Earthing test point complete all as specified and directed. (@4 Earthings to each high mast pole, LA and Timer panel =4X1=4 Nos)) and 02 nos for Feeder panel (Total -6 earthings)
