Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and not exc 1.50m in depth and getting out of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations / fillings and mass concrete including demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry/PCC block masonary, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of precast U-shape drain without lid cover of size 450 mm (width) x 450 mm (depth) (from inner side of drain) x 2000 mm (length) and 610 mm (width) x 525 mm (depth) (from outer side of drain) made with Fe 500/550D grade TMT steel reinforcement bars in each unit made of high performance self compacting concrete (SCC) of M-40 grade. cured under controlled factory conditions through steam curing.having loading capacity of 5 kn/sqm with precast cover to carry load (light motor vehicle loading etc) all manufacturing process must comply with Indian standards. the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance. the formwork used for casting should be made automobile grade water tight steel enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components, concrete mix design as per IS-9103 with weight of each drain unit (without lid cover) atleast 560 kg (tolerance limit 3%) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - (i) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement of work and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure quality. (ii) Contractor shall upload MoU with precast fabricated manufacturer meeting all the condition and specification mentioned in CA during the time of bidding. (iii) Prior technical evaluation, rep of GE (West) Lucknow will visit to precast factory to verify eligibility criteria of Precast factory of uploaded MOU by bidder. If precast factory will not meet eligibility criteria as given in CA shall be liable to be rejected. (iv) The contractor is adivised to quote their rates as per MOU accordingly.

(light motor vehicle loading) all manufacturing process must comply with Indian standards, the curing process must be maintained using RO water and chiller plants for quality assurance, the formwork used for casting should be made automobile grade water tight steel enabling the production of highly accurate and consistent components, concrete mix design as per IS-9103 with weight of each lid cover atleast 50 kg (tolerance limit 3%) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE - (i) Contractor to get the approval of precast factory within 15 days of commencement of work and all precast item will be supplied from single OEM to ensure quality. (ii) Contractor shall upload MoU with precast fabricated manufacturer meeting all the condition and specification mentioned in CA during the time of bidding. M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base etc including demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforcde) in ground floor and paving n exc 15cm thickness and below or above ground level complete all as specified and directed

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in with grey cement & no pigment over screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20mm thick in CM(1: 6) for laying floor finishes including demolition of existing tiles including bedding etc complete all as specified and directed.
