Providing and fixing of designer ceiling board of size 600 x 600x4mm thick pre-painted ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid system with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maxiumum centres. Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of feach main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200 mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main renders at 600mm to be supoorted independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Permimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet, including dismantling of old ceiling board complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins etc. including special shaped etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to Gde St-240 and painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete incl dismantling all as specified and directed.

10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with and incl water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement applied over roof slab. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightening by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage/leakage etc. if any seepage is observed the rectfication shall be carried out by high pressure gourting under the pressure of 5 Kg/Sqm using cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab is tested for water tightness again before processing further treatement including taking down plaster and cleaning top surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed

Self adhesive elastomeric SBS bitumen based water proofing membrane 1.5mm thick with coarse laminated polythene film surface. The upper side and easily removable silicon film on the underside, laid on roofs and sealing all joints and including applying bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm over clean RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and fair on walls in cement mortar(1:4) , using water proofing compound including taking down existing roof treatment of water proofing of any description including plaster and cleaning top surfaces with wire brushes complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC will be measured and paid for separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for fixing APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing not less than 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gm/Sqm) laid on primed surface of roofs using butane torch, and sealing all joints after and including applying bituminous primer @ 0.40 litre per square metre over clean RCC roof surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
