OUTSOURCING THE RESOURCES FOR MANNING AND OPERATION OF 33 KV SUB STATION AT JAISALMER AND 11 KV SUB STATION AND OVER HEAD LINES AT DABLA UNDER GE (A) JAISALMER

M&O of 11 KV electrical sub station at Jaisalmer system Net work including 11 KV yard and all related eqpts including to keep the installation operational and in healthy condition 24 hours daily including of carry out of all daily instructions as per India electric rules/Engineering Practices & keeping all maintenance records, Break down record. Attendance registers, duty charts, other rocords & down records & protective instructions and battary Banks at Dabla complete in working conditions by providing withing the following staff:-

[a] Electrician - 03 Nos (01 No in each shift for 08 hour for three shift round the clock)

[b] Helper 03 Nos (01 No in each shift of 08 hours for three shift round the clock)

(a) Electrician - 03 No (01 No in each shift of 08 hours for three shift round the clock)

(b) Helper - 03 No (01 No in each shift of 08 hours for three shift round the clock)

M&O of 11 KV network electrical system including O/H line, U/G cable, 11/0.433 KV Transformers, GOD's lightenting arresters OCBs, Complete with attending breakdown 24 Hours complete in three shifts round the clocks, including to keep the electrical installation operational and in healthy condition 24 hours daily including all daily maintenance at Jaisalmer Mil Stn jurisdiction, Dabla as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete with the following staff strength:-

(a) Electrician - 03 No (01 No in each shift of 08 hours for three shift round the clock)

(b) Helper - 03 No (01 No in each shift of 08 hours for three shift round the clock)

Notes for Srl item Nos 1.00 to 3.00: 1. Wage paid by the contractor to the persons employed shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by State/Central Government from time to time whichever is higher. The payment shall be made to the workers through NEFT to adhaar linked bank account of M&O employees/ staff and the bank statement of fair wages as per minimum labour wages as mentioned above shall be submitted along with the RARs/FB for payments. 2. The contractor shall be responsible for the EPF, ESI, bonus, Safety etc. and insurance of all trademen employed by him as per existing Labour Rules/Acts/Regulations 3. Contractor special attention is invited that payment of operator / labour shall be made only through Account payee cheque/NEFT and same shall be deposited in Adhar link account of operator / labour. Documentary evidence for the same shall be submitted to Engineer -in-Charge before payment of RAR / Final bill.

Notes Contd.../ : 4. Necessary weekly off will be given to manpower employed for this schedule as per existing rules and regulation of state /central govt. and necessary replacement will be provided by the contractor. Rates quoted for this schedule shall deemed to be included this provision. 5. In case absence of any operator / workmen from any shift will be penalized with a penalty of double the rate quoted by the contractor in addition to the shift not taken in to consideration for payment. Attendant / Operator wanting leave will get it sanctioned before proceeding on leave along with the name of replacement, of operator/workmen without the knowledge of department will be allowed. 6. Safety equipment's, tools and first aid kit will be provided to all tradesman without any extra cost to government. 7.Log book (Sheet), Muster roll, attendance register shall be maintained by operator and get it signed by contractor on daily basis.

The contractor shall closed the installation properly with lock and key before leaving the installation. Contractor shall be held responsible for any theft or loss at the installation. Contractor shall make sure to have everything in installation under lock and key.

Note :- The shifts for Sub Station (Srl No. 1 to 3 ) will be mentained as under :- (i) First shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs. (ii) Second shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs. (iii) Third Shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs
