Integrated development and upgradation work from Kakrau Kothi Junction to Sailayi Puliya Junction

Dismantling of existing pavement (bituminous course) by mechanical means and disposal of dismantled material upto a lead of 1km, as per direction of engineer in charge.

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scarified material within all lifts and leads upto 1km (by mechanical means)

Dismantling reinforcement cement concrete or reinforcement brick work, including stacking of materials as directcd by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mt- (200 feet)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation of foundation in ordinary soil (loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.50 meter and lead upto 30 meter and including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of sur-plus earth as directed by the Engineer incharge up to a distance of 30 meters from the foundation trenches.

Disposal of surplus earth and dismantled brick/cc/rcc at a distance 10km from site including loading unloading complete in all respect.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Granular Sub-Base with Coarse Graded Material (Table:- 400- 1) - Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

Wet Mix Macadam (Plant Mix Method) "WMM" - Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying with uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
