Overhauling of Screw Air Compressor 3A & 3B of Make: Ingersoll Rand, Model No. – R131.i x7.5AC. a) Inspection and clean the package pre- Filter Element , Inspection and replace the Starter box power drive module, Replace the Air Filter & Coolant Filter, analysis the coolant, Inspection and clean the scavenge screen for blockage. b) Inspection and clean the Air Cooled sequential cooling system, Analysis the Shock pulse bearings, Grease the all Motors, Calibrate Pressure Transducers. c) Inspection and replacement of Air Coolant Separator with new one, Complete cleaning of the Ultra coolant circuit and replace the Ultra coolant with new Ultra Coolant, Inspection of Coolant Hose. d) Inspection and service / replace the no loss drain service module, Inspection and service Minimum Pressure Check Valve Service Kit and service valve kit, Clean the contact tips. Checking the tightness of the inlet cable & other local circuit cables inside the micro processor & Motor end and clean the motor cowl. e) Inspection and cleaning the air duct complete, checking the High Air End Temperature sensor and other temperature sensors and trail run and commissioning. All the above said works should be done in the supervision of Ingersoll Rand Service Engineer.
