Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and lying of UG cable and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr wide and but exc 1.5mtr in depth for foundation of pole and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm completed all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5M above the starting point complete all as directed.

M&L Sub Class 'B' brick covering protection to the electric cable laid dry flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning with width equal to length of brick complete all as specified.

Supply & filling sand cushioning to underground cable 8 cm before laying the electric cable and 15 cm after laying the cable complete all as specified considering as per SSR 2009 of part -I

M&L for PCC ( 1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping pedestal of poles. Including necessary form work fair finished to exposed surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles and stay assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and erect steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-31 (9 meter long) complete with cast iron / MS base plate, top plate welded with MS round sheet with necessary nuts, bolts and washers duly painted with a coat of red oxide primer and two coat of aluminum paint including black and yellow strip 30cm in height above the coping of the pole all as specified and as directed. Supply and fixing in replacement aluminum conductor steel re-inforced (ACSR) Ferret/of size 6/1x3.00 mm /of size 6/1x2.59 mm (weasal) and 6/1x2.11 mm for LT lines on concrete poles, stretching without kinks and bends, binding with (rates inclusive) binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Restretching of existing loose OH,LT ACSR conductor wire including GI wire along the span of poles for sagging within the permissible limit,(five/four/two wireline), including binding/rebinding/joining with Aluminium winding wire in case of breakage of conductor, size of winding wire shall not be less than 2 sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Nothing extra is admissible on account of jointing material and labour in case the conductor breaks during the stretching. (ii) Irrespective Nos of wire between poles, the distance between poles shall be consider in RM for payment of this item. No claim on this account shall be admissible.

Trimming /cutting tree branches with clearing space up to 2 meter from the over head conductor system all around for LT distribution system, and as directed. Note : contractor shall take electric shutdown before start work from main station and start line after trimming of tree and informed to the EIC.

S&F in structural steel work conforming to grade Fe-410S as in cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections, including, nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat, one finishing coat of aluminum paint and epoxy coating, including taking down old corroded structural steel all as directed.

Supply and Laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixing to pole/wall UG cable XLPE185 sqmm 3.5 core, PVC insulated, armored heavy duty electric cable with aluminum conductor,1100 Volts grade, cross section area are as under of Make- polycab/KEI/RPG including disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable LT cable. Dismantling and Taking down old unserviceable PCC LT pole of any size including earth work , removing the PCC etc complete all as specified & directed

Dismantling and taking down old existing ACSR conductor any type from existing HT/LT pole all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of steel work (brackets, clamps, channels including disc and pin insulators, nut & bolts) from existing HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.
