A-ransfer cars & Up- ender 4 nos. (HW-4, HW-5, HW-12 & D12) (Rates

1. Dismantling of roller assemblies, gearbox, jack-shaft and slotted angle/channels of Transfer cars and Up-ender. 2. Dismantling of tilt and tip up cylinder of Up-ender and carriage wheel assemblies of Transfer cars. 3. Strengthening of supporting structures of transfer cars & Up-ender. 4. 1 Servicing/repair of CDLR conveyor of Transfer cars and Up-ender. 5. Fitment of new/repaired carriage wheel, shaft and bearings of transfer cars. 6. Fitment of serviced/new tilt and tip up cylinders of Up-ender HW-5. 7. Replacement of guide & main rails of Up-ender. 8. Replacement of main rails of Transfer cars 9. Painting of entire stations with apple green paint. 10. B-Hot wheel kilns 3 nos. (Rates are inclusive of GST)

1. Replacement of main drive coupling and attention to gearbox foundation bolts. 2. Replenishing drive gearbox oil. 3. Servicing of all dampers and strengthening of its supporting structure (Total 51 Nos) 4. Removal of all slats and 9" pitch chain of HW-2 5. Cleaning, inspection and replacement of damaged track & wear plate of HW-2 (Total length of the track - Approx.50 Mtrs) 6. Fitment of new 9" pitch chain & slats of HW-2 7. Replacement of damaged slats and tightening of all slat fasteners of HW-1 & 3 8. Repair to track and replacement of defective chain of HW-1 & 3 (Approx. 10 Mtrs). 9. Repair / Replacement of hearth plate segments. (Approx. 6 Nos) 10. Provision of refractory castable on hearth plate segments. (Approx. 2 MT) 11. Dismantling of damaged roof panel Ceramic fibre blankets with anchors. (Approx 30 sections on Kiln 1, 2 & 3, each section 0.61 Mtrs X 1.62 Mtrs) 12. Replacement of damaged anchors and provision of two layers of Ceramic fibre blankets (25 mm thick) for roof panels. (Approx 30 sections on Kiln 1, 2 & 3, each section 0.61Mtrs X 1.62Mtrs) 13. Dismantling of side wall refractory for a length of approx 4 meters on charge and discharge end walls of HW Kiln No.1, 2 & 3. (Approx. 3000 Nos) 14. Relining of side wall refractory for a length of approx 4 meters on charge and discharge end walls of HW Kiln No. 1, 2 & 3. (Approx. 3000 Nos) 15. Replacement of defective roller assemblies on gravity conveyor at discharge end of HW Kiln 1, 2 & 3. (Approx. 20 rollers) 16. Cleaning & painting of Kilns with Aluminium paint and white washing the outer refractory wall with refractory mortar. 17. Disposal of released material to earmarked place. Qty: 3 nos

1. Assembly of caster rollers with bearings. 2. Lifting the turntable to a suitable height and placing it on proper supports at an elevated level. 3. Servicing/Replacement of defective pivot bearings. 4. Replacement of defective caster wheel brackets and caster wheel rollers. 5. 1 Replacement of the turntable rotation cylinder. 6. Servicing/Replacement of defective CDLR rollers, hexagonal shafts, and bearings. 7. Replacement of defective jackshafts and pillow block bearings. 8. D-Servicing of PC line CDLR conveyor 25 sections (Rates are inclusive of

1. Cutting of drive and driven chains to the required sizes. 2. Assembly of bearings and hexagonal bushes to the rollers (approx. 100 Nos.). 3. Servicing / replacement of defective CDLR rollers, hexagonal shafts, and bearings. 4. Replacement of defective jackshafts and pillow block 1 bearings. 5. Replacement of defective CDLR chains and sprockets. 6. Replacement of defective CDLR slotted angle channel (approx. 6 meters). 7. Strengthening of the conveyor and its supports. 8. Strengthening of gearbox mounting assemblies and replacement if found defective. 9. Replacement of damaged/ defective chain guards. 10. Gearbox oil top-up and lubrication of the entire conveyor. 11. E-Fabrication & Provision of New C19 Transfer car (Rates are inclusive of

1. Marking, cutting and grinding of channels, angles for fabrication of base structure of transfer car. 2. Marking, cutting, grinding of channels, angles for fabrication of CDLR structure. 3. Assembly of bearing and hexagonal bushes to CDLR rollers. 4. Cutting of drive and driven chain to the required sizes. 5. Marking cutting, grinding and drilling of hexagonal rods to the required sizes. 6. Assembling of CDLR rollers and hexagonal rods on to the structure and fixing of CDLR chains. 7. 1 Fixing of CDLR structure on the transfer car base frame and assembling of CDLR chain guards. 8. Marking, cutting, grinding and drilling of 20mm plates for mounting of transfer car drive motor + gearbox and CDLR drive motor + gearbox unit. 9. Assembling of wheels, sprocket and pillow blocks and shafts and mounting the assembly on the transfer car. 10. Fixing of shock absorber units at four ends of transfer car. 11. Dismantling of existing transfer car and positioning of newly fabricated transfer car at the required place. 12. Assembling of jackshaft, sprockets, pillow blocks and mounting the same on transfer car with suitable brackets. 13. Cleaning and painting with apple green paint. 14.
