Providing, Fitting and Fixing M.S. Iron angle and shutters for doors and windows Including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Fixing vetrified tiles in floors,treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of c.m. 1:1 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing completeas per direction of EIC.

Fixing vetrified tile in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick CP 1:3 jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete as per direction of EIC.

Providing fitting and fixing of false ceilling with Aluminum anodised T section No 3215 with 2'-0" center to centre, L section No 1705 upto 15 micron on 4 walls to be fixed by means of steel screw and P.V.C plug and the Aluminium grid 2'-0" x 2'-0" using 12mm thick prelaminated particle Board suspended from ceilling etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing fitting, fixing of AL door with anodized Al door section of 9202 as vertical member, 9201 as top member and 9200 as bottam and middle member with frame section no 9221 with tappered clip No 4660 and the frame to be completed by means of jointing angle No 1855 including all cost of labour ,hire charges of drilling machine,labour charges etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in charge.

Supplying ,Fitting and Fixing up window sliding type made up aluminum section 9778 as windows frame section No 4095 , 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending including lucking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes , labour , excluding cost of glass etc complete as per the direction of Engineer-in charge.

Finishing wall surfaces with Acrylic wall putty Water based of approved make and finished smooth and even surfaces to receive painting including cost of all materials taxes, labour etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Priming 1-coat with any approved primer including all labour etc complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2-coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work 1coats to give an even shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Finishing walls with weather coat two coats over a coat of cement primer to outer wall surface including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats over wood and iron work with approved Enamel paint over a coat of primming, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-In-charge.
