Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. Cleaning of exisitng sewer lines, manholes etc. Cost includes all labour for removing the silt, slush, waste etc. and rodding the sewer lines and manholes by mobile sewer rodding equipment/manually from manhole to manhole to clear the blockage, chokages etc for proper functioning of sewer lines( The payment shall be made for removal of blockages in between manhole to manhole as one job with all above operations.)

Providing and fixing Pre-cast RCC gully trap cover of approved make or equivalent of 25mm thickness of size 300 x 300 mm or of required size as per requirement for existing gully trap with necessary repairs etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing MS clamps with flat 20 x 3 mm to existing C.I./PVC pipeline of diameter 75mm to 100mm with necessary screws, nails including wooden plug and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (each clamp with wooden plug is measured for payment)

Charges for Engaging carpenter / plumber /Mason/Welder along with helper whereever required for attending minor repair works in the compound etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (The required fittings & fixtures exept screws/nails, drilling etc.shall be paid separately and measured for each half day)

Pointing of tile joints with poly sulphide/white cement up to 2mm depth by removing existing damaged/loosened white cement from joints to arrest leakage at all levels as directed by engineer in charge(Area of tiled flooring/ dadoo where above operations are made is measured for payment)

Carting out of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled, excavated or waste materials by mechanical means,through private carrier including lifting, loading, transporting, unloading to municipal dumping ground beyond 50 m initial lead,or in any other compound as decided by the Engineer-in-charge, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Charges for arranging the welding plant with attendent at site including to and from the shop, for all welding repair works to doors, windows etc., in site including providing necessary power supply arrangements, lugs etc., complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge for attending repairs in all quarters.

Removing of existing PVC water storage tanks by removing existing GI connection, float valve, including repairing of the tanks and refixing the same on the base with all the GI connections, float valve and other accessories etc all complete as per the directions of Engineer-In-Charge.

Cleaning of existingType-I / Type-II or Type-III/IV staff quarter at all heights by removal of cob web, pigeon droppings, debris, unwanted, un serviceable abandoned material etc from all the rooms, dusting of walls, windows, doors, cubboards etc, washing the flooring of all rooms with detergent, washing the flooring and dado of toilets and bath room with the acid etc.,making them into useable/liveable conditions complete etc for immediate occupation of quarter as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Each quarter cleaning is measured as one job.

Cutting /Pruning branches of trees for avoiding entering houses and obstructing colony lighting and electrical wire free passing and disposing the cutting pieces away from the compound to the dumping ground as directed by the engineer-incharge. Cleaning of terraces by removing leaves grass dust, rubbish and other deposited / accumulated materials etc including removal of blockages/chockages of khurras/spouts of terrace/chajjas at all hieghts etc and disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground out side periphery of the building. Cleaning of Under ground water storage tank or sump or over head tank of any capacity by following method: (1) Empty the tank/sump and make it to near dry, (2) Apply bleaching powder uniformly ( tank capacity @ 0.50gms/liter) surface of inside the tank/sump perfectly by removing scales on walls and wait for one hour (3) after one hour clean/rinse at the tank/sump with fresh water ,repeat the above process , (2) and (3) for two to three times , (4) remove the mud/silt/sludge and garbage from the tank with specified sludge pump, (5) spraying anti bacteria agents on walls to kill harmfull bacteria. Rate includes for all above operations including the equipment and material required for cleaning all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Liquid capacity of water tanks of any capacity in litres is measured for payment.(The rate includes filling of outlets of tank with cotton during cleaning marking of date of painting on the tanks and cleaning of all the dirt/ waste etc., from the terrace and submission of certificate from specialised agency).

Replacing existing damaged floor tiles at different locations with ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 of approved make matching with existing flooring in color and shade on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete by carefully removing existing damaged tiles without damage to edges of adjacent tile flooring including dismantling existing bed mortar and disposal of debris to nearest dumping within compound yard all complete as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing unplasticised -PVC pipe clips of approved design for fixing of unplasticised - PVC pipes by means of 50x50x50mm hardwood plugs, screwed with M.S. screws of required length including cutting chases in brick work, fixing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and making good the wall with rich cement plaster etc. complete.

Cleaning of blocked Nahani trap / floor trap in toilets for removal of blockages including removing the silt , slush,, waste etc ensuring smooth flow etc., and applying white cement and fixing the grating with white cement and disposal of all unwanted material to the approved muncipal dumping yard and flooring around the trap wherever required to arrest the leakage all complete and as per direction of Engineer in charge

Clearing chokeage of exisitng gully trap. Repairs to floor/Nahani traps in toilets includes the following operations a)dismantling the flooring tile and lime concrete etc., around the nahni or floor trap carefully to expose the joint of trap. b)Dismantling the extension piece above floor trap and providing new extension piece of PVC pipe of appropriate diametre including filling with cement mortar 1:1(1cement:1 fine sand) . c)testing water joint for water tightness. d)Providing and laying of ceramic tile on a bed of 30mm average thickness for the damaged portion to match with the shade of existing tiles including pointing with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of existing tiles all complete as per the directions of Engg-in-charge.

Providing and fixing clamps to existing GI pipeline laid on walls of diametre 15mm to 40 mm with necessary screws, nails including wooden plug etc., at all levels and as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.Rate includes removing and refixing of GI pipe lines wherever required.

Removing and refixing CP pillar cock by replacement of internal fitting such as Gadda etc & making it into workable condition complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing repairs by tightening of the existing pillar cock/bib cock/stop cock etc for proper functioning etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in position precast RCC Man hole cover for chambers , frame of square of size of approved make.The cover should be 40mm thick and provided with required quantity of reinforcement.The frame shall be fixed in cement mortar over the manhole opening and rounding of edges etc. shall be made complete all as per the directions of engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of existing Septic tank by mechanical pumping mechines and necessary labour including providing/spreading atleast 5liters kerosine on top of sludge inside the septic tank to avoid foul smell for the surrounding occupants, the deposited sludge/suspended material/night solin etc., should be removed and transported by mechanical transport beyond municipal limits including dewatering of liquids as directed by the engineer-in-charge.
