SCHEDULE 'A'/BOQ OF MOUNTAIN SHODOW

Taking down existing sub main wiring of any type/size complete from wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Sub main wiring two single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable of size 10.0 Sqmm (Nominal area), 1100 V grade and one run of 6.0 Sqmm 1100 V grade FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed muti stranded copper conductor cable as in earth continuity conductor drwan through in and including PVC Casing-in-Caping of required size (ISI marked) with all accessories on roof/wall/ceiling and making good the disturbed surace with cement sand plaster (1:6) and white washing/distempering to match the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.. Note:- Two runs of 10.0 Sqmm cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm earth wire and one run of PVC casing-in-caping shall be measured as one unit length.

All as per Item No 3.00 here in before but sub main wiring with two run multi standard FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed copper stranded conductor of size 6.0 Sqmm and one run of size 4.0 Sqmm for continuous earthing.

Supply and fixing powder coated sheet metal enclosures load line MCB DB VTPN 4 way double door, made out of CRCA mild steel surface with insulated material like polyster with epoxy surface stove enameled dust and vermin proof IP-43, 4 way 415 Volt fitted with bus bar, DIN channel, neutral link suitable for incorporation of MCCB's & MCBs complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in replacement of building security light LED fitting 20 watt , 230 Volt AC with IP 66 protection with aluminium housing pressure die cast housing having heat dissipating fins for large surface area, matt finish powder coated in grey paint, toughened glass in the front and peanut lens for batwing light distribution, CCT 5700, CRI > 70, power factor > .95, IP 20, surge protection 4 KV internal, integral electronic driver with output short circuit protection and open circuit protection, surge voltage protection and fix on wall on existing bracket and connecting up to ceiling rose with three core copper conductor cable of overall sheathed size 2.5 Sqmm which shall be passed through PVC flexible conduit complete including taking down old u/s light fitting and deposited to E/M store yard.

S&F in replacement of bracket for bldg security light fittings of any size made out of GI pipe light grade 40 mm dia 1.5 mtr length bend to required size and shape including provision of two Nos of MS strip welded with MS pipe and fixed over wall properly by grouting 04 Nos fasterns and one coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking down old u/s bracket complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated Stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, two core cable flat or circular of 10 Sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated Stranded aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, two core cable flat or circular of 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed . .

M & L for point wiring with two runs of single core 1.5 Sqmm FRLS (confirming to IS-694) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade multi stranded copper conductor with one single core 1.50 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor drawn through in and including PVC casing caping (ISI Marked) of required size (25x12/32x12mm) along with all fitting/ fixtures such as Tee, Bend, Elbow socket, Saddles etc. and making good the disturbed surface and connecting to common earth dolly complete with 3 mm thick PVC rectangle block of suitable size fixed over wall by grouting screws for accommodating switches sockets for One light point controlled by two Nos two way switch.Note (i) Colour of cables as Phase-R/Y/B, Neutral-Black and Earth-Green. Labour for fixing of serviceable single phase electronic meter of any capacity and any make for controlling of stair case light fittings with and including 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of size 250x200x50 mm deep by grouting 04 Nos screws on wall complete with and including elecrical connection complete all as specified and directed . Note : Meter will be issued from MES store Yard.

Excavation in trenches not exeeading 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth/width and getting out loose/soft soil for laying of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning/ filling including spreading, levelling and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in thick complete all as specified and directed .

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m away and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and spread sand in cable trenches and providing cushioning for the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note:- Only punned thickness of 18cm will be measured for the purpose of payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick of size 230x115x75mm for protection of cable, laying in trenches completeall as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Laying only serviceable burnt brick of any size and any make obtained from item No 28 for protection of cable, laying in trenches completeall as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Relaying of old LT cable XLPE insulated with aluminium conductor of size from 10 to 25 sqmm, 2/3.5/4 core, 1100 volts grade complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Seviceable LT cable obatined from ser item No.35 shall be used.

Taking out / down unserviceable 1.1KV, LT UG cable from existing trenches/duct/ Poles of any cross sectional area including disconnecting, bricks, GI Pipe etc. of any descriptions, segregation of serviceable materials viz brick cover, GI Pipes, UG cables etc. and tracing the location of fault and keeping in safe custody for re-use complete all as directed NOTE : (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevent items. (ii) Serviceable cable covers, cables and GI pipes shall be kept aside for re-use.

Supply and Laying LT underground cable XLPE insulated and sheathed armoured cable 1100 volts 10 Sqmm 2 core aluminium conductor in trenches/poles and connecting with all accessories lugs & glands complete.

All as per item No.38 above but of cable 16 Sqmm 2 Core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 Volts including connection and testing , breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 63 Amps in replacement complete all as specified and directed .

S&F MCCB, 4 Pole, 415 Volts including connection and testing , breaking capacity 25 KA of rating 100 Amps in replacement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of hole under road, pavement hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding techinque and necessary machine of dia 80 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600x 6mm burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edged of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galavanised iron earth lead by means of bolt, nut, check nut and washer of galavanised iron steel wire 4mm dia as earthing lead as shown in Electrical Plate No 4 of SSR Part I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/ loose soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm stone aggreate, funnel, 20mm dia GI med grade water pipe, 15mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs, wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alterative layer all around the earth electrode compacted thickness 15 cm including excavation and earth work pit cover including disposal of surplus soil to a distance not excessding 50m, complete testing on completion all complete as shown in electrical plate no-4 of SSR part No1 all as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A'/BOQ OF 19 WING

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fittings, such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, etc., removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good to disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Empty Box / Bus Bar Chamber / DB’s of any capacity with MCCB's or MCB fixed on wall and making good disturbed surfaces of wall / floor with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for refixing of FTL, PL, CFL, LED luminaires (serviceable fixtures retreived from item no. 47) after cleaning the old luminaires by mild cleanser and making good disturbed surfaces of wall /ceiling with cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) and distempering / white washing to match the existing surface complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Replacement of connecting cable is deemed to be included in this rate.

NOTE:- i) For maintenance works of sl no 63 to 80 and 83 & 85, contractor should provide minimum one electrician and one helper in every working day. ii) The site location for above items are scattered, hence contractors should survey the exact accn before quotating the rate.

M&L for re-assembling or re-laying of existing sub main wiring of any cable type or sizes through in and including DLP U PVC trunking of 50X80 mm size incl. all finishing accessories such as angles, end caps, covers etc on roof /wall /ceiling etc complete and making good of wall/floor with cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) and distempering /white washing to match the existing surface complete incl taking down old damage casing caping all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make-PVC Trunking- Legrand PVC Cable- Finolex/ Plaza/ Havells Note:- i) No PVC flexible conduit should be allowed in the wiring. ii) Any PVC cable required for re-assembling or re-laying of sumain wiring is deemed to be included in this rate, however in no more circumstances the length of cable of each size or type is not more than 5 RM iii) Items such as rawl plug, steel screw etc reqd for fixing DLP U PVC trunking is deemed to be included in this rate.

M&L re-assembling or re-laying of wiring cable through in and including PVC casing caping of exising sizes and types incl. all finishing accessories on roof /wall /ceiling etc complete and making good of wall/floor with cement plaster in cement mortar(1:6) and distempering /white washing to match the existing surface complete incl taking down old damaged one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
