Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of transformer step down out door type, mounted on platform , Copper wound, 11KV on HT side and 433 volts on LT side at no load 3 phase 4 wire 50 c/s AC supply of 100 KVA , oil immersed laminated iron core naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, delta connected on HT side and star connected on LT side, corresponding to vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out separately for earthing, off load tap changing arrangements up to + / - 7.5% with a step of + / - 2.5% with cable end box with bushing on HT side and LT cable end box on LV side complete with first filling of transformer oil up to appropriate level of desired dielectric strength and complete with standard fittings and accessories confirming to IS-2026 , all as specified in particular specifications and as directed.

M&L for providing of 11 KV HT overhead lines on PCC/ Steel poles with aluminum conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of suitable sizes including straining properly on insulators and binding with new aluminum binding wire complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Sizes of ACSR conductors will be decided by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement.

Supply, fabricating , fixing structural mild steel channel angle iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat ,one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete.(Insulators to be measured and paid for separately)

Supply & install 11 KV air break gang operated triple pole out door type gang operated air break switch mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with 09 Nos insulators outdoor type triple pole suitable for horizontal installation provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel HT post type insulator high pressure heavy lined copper alloy contact assembly suitable for 200 Amps, including air break switch suitable for 11 KV, 200 Amps mounted on 06 Insulators with drop out fuse unit ,operating rod 20m dia GI medium grade pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stay assembly complete comprising of MS galvanized stay plate 30cm x30cmx6mm , MS galvanized stay rod 20 mm dia with nut 180 cm long , MS galvanized stay bow 40cm long with 2 Nos galvanized thimbles with and including all fittings , loop type insulator, shackle & clamp complete all as specified in SSR 2009 Part I.

Supply and fix galvanised stay strand wire 7/4mm suitable for staying of poles etc

M&L galvanised steel wire 4mm dia for continuous earth wire and for guarding and cradles including binding as required with binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or stee all as shown in electrcal plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to continious earth wire or main switch board/ panel etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protection by 15 mm dia,light grade GI pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for out door termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm

Supply and laying cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable(heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm 3.5 core

All as per item No 11 here-in-before but size 35 Sq mm 4 core

Supplying ,laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 120 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11KV earthed systems all as specified and directed

Takingdown/Dismantling of old ACSR or AAC conductors

Taking down old Unsv M & L for supply and fixing laying cable in trenches,jointing with proper lugs, cable glan , HT under ground XPLE insulated, PVC sheathed 11000 V armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning of size 95 Sq mm 3 core M & L for supply and fixing laying cable in trenches,jointing with proper lugs, cable glan , HT under ground XPLE insulated, PVC sheathed 11000 V armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor including testing commissioning of size 95 Sq mm 3 core

M & L for cable route marker made out of GI size 10mm thick and 150mmx150mm and 0.60m long including writing HT Cable by engraving/painting complete fixed in PCC including excavation and RF and removing complete all as directed by Engr in Charge

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but n exc 3.0 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 25cm from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius for cable cover.

Material and labour for stone slab ( patti) roughly hammer dressed stone 25 to 35 mm thick 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 60 cm long laid dry and abutting each other with gap between adjacem,ent salb not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with river sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables.Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of PCC poles/struts as specified including necessary form work all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of stay assembly etc including necessary form work, all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping around poles , including necessary form work finishing even and smooth without using extra cement , all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete with PCC 1:2:4 type B2 40mm aggregate complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply and fix 11 KV pin type , porcelain, vitreous, white, brown, green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut , 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 Volts grade suitable for fixing of insulator on HT pole complete all as directed

Supply and fix 11 KV disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 225mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green insulator two in series type assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors with working pressure 11000 volts complete all as directed

M&L Non linear resistor type surge arrester( lightening arrestors) confirming to IS 3070 (Part 1) having voltage rating 12 KV, Rated frequency-50 HZ, Nominal Discharge current 10 KA(Heavy duty) complete with all fittings , suitable for 11KV, 3-Phase, earthed distribution system complete all as specified

Supply and fix light grade 80mm GI pipe fix complete to Wall , Poles etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as directed

Supply & fixing GI 80mm light grade complete laid in trenches protection pipe all as specified and directed

Supply and fix light grade 50mm GI pipe fix complete to Wall , Poles etc with suitable clamp for protection of cable complete all as directed

Supply and fixing intrue vertical position prestressed concrete pole , 11 Meter long 152mmx152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom(or nearest higher size as approved by State Electricity Board) class-9 confirming to IS- 1678 and including marking alternate white and black strips 30 cm height- total-5Nos with two coats of cement base paint as approved by GE including testing complete all as specified and directed ( Excavation and earth work and PCC for foundation shall be measured and paid for separately).

M & L for stone walling of square rubble , brought up to course (jodhpur type) , well bonded , bedded and solidly hearted , built in CM 1:6 complete all as directed

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonary surfaces or surfaces other than fair face of brick work including finished even and smooth without using extra cement including two coat of cement base paint on newly plastered surface over a coat of primer complete all as directed

Excavation over area in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep for foundation of TRANSFORMER, laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

M&L for chemical copper earthing complete as per electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part I with copper plate earth electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buired directly vertically in ground in a pit of depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with the top edge or earth plate at a depth not less than 1.6 m below normal ground level connected to including copper earth strip 32mm x 6 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of gavanised iron or steel including earthing lead ( Copper strip) up to 7.50 Mtr long protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm dia light grade and connected to main switch board or terminal block etc . Watering pipe shall be 20 mm dia GI medium grade including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , PCC pit, CI frame, RCC cover complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge including taking out old unserviceable GI Plate earthing

S & F copper strip 20x3mm burried in ground, fix to wall with saddles & insulators complete all as directed by Engineer -in-charge
