   1. Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity on PAC Certified source M/s GARDNER DENVER/USA for this item. 2. Firm quoting on behalf of PAC holder firm (M/S GARDNER DENVER/USA) must submit valid tender specific authorisation from the PAC holder firm (M/S GARDNER DENVER/USA), otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.

Commercial-Compliance

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Validity of Offer: No deviation from the offer validity period stipulated in the tender is permitted. Firm will have to submit quotation with a validity for a minimum period of 90 [ninety] days otherwise their offer will be summarily rejected.
