Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete is reinforced (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, walss, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M & L for Granite of black / green / imperial red (colour as approved by Accepting Officer) of any type machine cut as in shelves/steps/counter tops, 20 mm thick, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick / rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab or with suitable adhesive for fixing on unpolished kota stone slabs and including rubbing, cutting and mirror type polishing and bull nose on exposed sides complete all as specified . Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves or equivalent as approved by accepting officer .

S&F 5cm thick Sand stone slabs in sun-shades, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, cover stones, templates, etc. n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in lime mortar 1:2 or cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles in light shade 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match in floors etc. over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M & L for Non-skid ceramic quality coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:6) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X350X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for jodhpur stone roof slabs, self faced 7.5cm to 10cm thick, 25cm to 35cm wide, hoisted, set, jointed and grouted in CM 1:3 as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for Rolled sections as ISMB 300 in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates of Fe 410 W (GradeE- 250) quality A.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate for levelling course for consolidated thickness 40 mm all as per the requirements & all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick screed plaster on roof for laying in CM 1:4 waterproofing treatment, with using WPC (WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M & L for Cement plastering 15mm( thick in two layers -first layer 10mm thick with ready mix plaster and outer layer 5mm thick ready mix water proof plaster) on outer walls by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS- 2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 days compressive strength 10-15 MPA, bulk density 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength->0.5 MPA complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering 5 mm thick ready mix self curing plaster on ceilling by adding potable water by weight of material as mentioned by manufacture ready mix plaster shall comply with IS- 1661-1972, IS-2402-1963, IS-2250-1981 and shall confirm 28 compressive days cstrength 10-15 MPA bulk dencity 1600-1800 kg/cum and pull out bond strength-> 0.5 MPA omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of 3mm thick wall care putty including one coat of primer all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of acrylic distemperDistempering with 1st quality having VOC content less than 50 gms/ itre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer's specification. Two or more coats on new work. all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Preparation new surfaces of walls (external faces) of walls and applying two coats of external weather proof paint of Apex or equivalent over a coat of primer (self coat) complete all as per manufacturers instructions, complete all as per specified and directed.
