Repair work of Remaining Part (urban part) of the PSHL road from Niyamatpur to Government Inter College via Mahila Thana and Puttulal Chauraha to Hardoi Bypass and Hardoi Bypass to Chaudhera Bypass in Distt Shahjahanpur (Fin Year 2026-27)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in subbase/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per MoRTH Specification Clause 502 (5.1)

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom .

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade @ 4.50% minimum as per job mix , transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 505 complete in all respects. Grade II

Providing and applying tack coat with VG_10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with machanical broom .

Providing and laying bituminious concrete with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.40% as per job mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT & H Specifications Clause 507 complete in all respects.

Fixing Km, stone, hectometer stone etc complete. Miscellanious work as lattering and painting on km, hectometer stones and culvert provision.

Distemper one coat with oil bound distemper of approved brand manufacture and required shade on decorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufacture such as of british, shalimar, asian paints after throughly brushing surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even also sand prepared smooth including cost of all materials.
