New Construction of Kumroa Road to Murariya Road

Construction of Subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved Material Obtained from Borrow Pits with all lift and leads transporting to site, Spreasing to grading to required Slop and Compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.1

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, clay or sand) upto 30 M and including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in-charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches as per S.I. No. 251(a). Including cost of, all material, labour, T&P and Labour cess etc. complete but excluding GST.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the nterstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (A)By Manual Mean

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In- Charge.

Prime Coat (i) Low porosity Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Tack Coat (i) Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. (Including Cost of Bitumen (V G-10 )

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous Binder (VG-10) Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508. Case - III Type-C By Manual Means (I)Bitumen (VG-10) (Including Cost of Bitumen (V G-10)

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510 A.By Manual Means Case - III : Type C (I) Bitumen (VG-10) (Including Cost of Bitumen (V G-10 )

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material. (MORD 9.1 (1100&300)

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 Fine sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labours and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. In Foundation and floors. as per SOR CH5, SI 275a

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. (Coarse Sand not less than 2.25 FM) .as per SOR CH 6, SI 307

Supply, laying and fixing of NP4 class hume pipes in proper position in culvert.

12 mm cement plaster on brick work with cement mortar of mix (All floors). (I) 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Fine sand) as per SOR CH 13, SI 583

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces (Two coats) to give an even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust mortar drops and loose scales of lime wash and other foreign matters. as per SOR CH 16, (SI.No. 672)

Kilometre Stone Reinforced cement concrete M15 grade kilometre stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:8 fixing in position including painting and printing, etc as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1703 ii)Ordinary Kilometer Stone (Precast)

CEMENT CONCRETE PAVEMENT(C.C ROAD) construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2 M 30 (grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS 383 maximun size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm mixed in a concrete mixer of not less then 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side from work (steel channel laying and fixing of 125 micron thick plastic sheet, wedges steel plates including levelling the form work as per drawing) spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous opration including provision of contraction and expansion construction joints applying debonding strips primer, sealant admixtures as approved curing concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification clause 1501.
