The details of the uploaded documents should be produced whenever demanded for verification on written request at any point of time of the tender and contract within 7 days.

| Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Statcon make IPS (04 nos.) at Andal EI Hut No. 4 & 5, West Empty Yd. Cabin/Andal, East Dn. Cl. Cabin/Andal for Three years, i.e., for 48 quarter year period. It includes preventive maintenance as well as rectification of all types of failures of the system. All the required components/modules pertaining to the system as described below will be supplied by the contractor for maintenance and rectification of failures. i) SMPS based FRBC Panel. a) FRBC module- 110V 20 AMP: 5 Each / as available at site. b) Any other parts of SMPS Panel like Switch, Meters, DSA unit. ii) AC Distribution Panel: a) AVR - 3.0 KVA-1.0 KVA - 2 nos. / as available at site b) Inverter - 1.0 KVA - 2 nos. / as available at site c) Step Down Transformer 230/110V- 1000VA/500VA - 7 nos. / as available at site d) Auto Changeover Board. e) Any other component of AC Distribution Panel. iii) Station master's monitoring Panel with its Interfacing System with IPS: 1 No. iv)DC Distribution panel: a) DC - DC Converter 24 - 32V, 10AMP/5 AMP-9 Nos./as available at site. b) DC - DC Converter 12 - 28V, 5 AMP or 1 AMP -4 Nos./as available at site. c) DC - DC Converter 12 - 40V 1 AMP -4 Nos./as available at site. d) DC - DC Converter 3 - 6V 1 AMP -4 Nos./as available at site. e) DC - DC Converter 2 - 12V 5 AMP -2 Nos./as available at site. v) Spare Parts of IPS. vi) Lightning Arrestor or Surge Protection Device of all kinds. vii) Cooling fan present in SMR and Inverter. viii)Fuse, connectors , meters, alarm & indications, PCB. ix) Any other parts of IPS not mentioned above but present at Station. Note.-The numbers of components/ modules and their ratings mentioned are typical only. It may vary from Station to Station. NOTE: Rate is for 01 no. IPS for 01 quarter period.
