Item No.1:-Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand, gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50m. beyond the building area stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering (including shoring and strutting) ect. complete.

Item No.2:-Providing soiling using 80 mm size trap metal in 15cm layer including filling voids with sand, ramming, watering etc. complete.As directed by Engineer in charge

Item No.3:-Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-15 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, Steel centering, formwork, laying/pumping, compacting, roughening them if special finish is to be provided, finishing if required and curing complete, with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Item No. 4:- Providing uncoursed rubble masonary of trap stone in cement morter 1:6 in foundation and plinth of inner wall, including bailling out water manually striking joints on un exposed faces and watering etc. comp.

Item No. 5:-Filling in plinth and floors with contractors material/brought from outside and approved by Engineer incharge in layers of 15 cm to 20 cm including watering and compaction etc. complete.

Item No. 6:- Providing and fixing in position TMT - FE - 500 bar reinforcement of various diameters for R.C.C. pile caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams columns, canopies, staircase, newels, chajjas, lintels pardis, copings, fins, arches etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules. including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required complete.

Item No. 7:- Providing and laying Cast in situ/Ready Mix cement concrete in M-20 of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for R.C.C.coping to plinth or parapet and sill of doors and windows moulded as per detailed drawings or chamfered as approved by the Engineer including steel centering, formwork, cover blocks, laying/pumping, compacting , curing , finishing and roughening them if special finish is to be provided and curing complete. (Excluding reinforcement and structural steel).with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled reversible Drum Type mixer/ concrete Batch mix plant (Pan mixer) etc. complete. With fine aggregate (Crushed sand VSI Grade)

Item No. 8:- Providing Second Class Burnt Brick masonry with coverntional/l.S type bricks in cement mortar 1:6 in superstructure, including striking joints, racking out joints, watering and scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.9:- Providing structural steel work in trusses, other similar trussed purlins and members with all bracing, gusset plates etc. as per detailed design and drawings or as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, including cutting, fabricating, hoisting, etc comp.

Item No.10:-Providing and fixing corrugated galvanised iron sheets of 0.63mm thick (24 B.W.G.) for roofing without wind tiles including fastening with galvanised iron screws and bolts, lead and bitumen washers as per drawing etc. complete.(Weight of 5.5 Kilogram/sq.m.).

Item No 11:- Providing and fixing 6 mm thick ISI mark Asbestos Cement ridge capping for roofing including galvanised iron hooks, bolts, galvanised iron and bituminous washers, galvanised iron clamps, bolts, nuts including scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.12:-Providing sills of polished Kadappa stone 25mm to 30mm thick, on a bed of 1:4 cement mortar including cement float, filling joints with slurry, curing polishing and cleaning etc. complete.

Item No.13:-Providing cement plaster 20 mm thick in single coat in C.M. (1:4) in single coat without neeru finishing to the concrete or brick surface in all positions including scaffolding curing etc.

Item No.14:-Providing flush grooved pointing with cement mortar 1:3 for stone masonry work including scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Item No.15:-Providing sand faced plaster externally in cement mortar using good sand in all positions including base coat of 15mm thick in C.M 1:4 kg per cement bag curing the same for not less that 2 days & keeping the surface of the base coat rough enough to receive the sand faced treatment 6 to 8 mm thick in C.M out grains &curing for fourteen days scaffolding etc. complete.

Item No.16:-Providing neeru finish to plastered surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. complet.

Item No.17 :- Providing and laying ceramic tiles of IS Std. and approved quality 30 x 30cm size for Flooring in required position laid on bed of cement morter 1:4 including cement flot filling joints with white/colour cement slurry, cleaning, curing etc. comp.

Item No.18:-Providing and fixing in position (as per 1868 / 1982) Alluminium sliding window of three tracks with rectangular pipe 95 x 38.10 x 0.90 mm at weight 0.637 Kilogram/Running metre. with window frame bottom track section 92 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm at weight 1.070 Kilogram/Running metre.. Top and side track section 92 x 31.75 x 1.30 mm at weight 0.933 Kilogram/Running metre. The shutter should be of bearing bottom 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight 0.417 Kilogram/Running metre. Inter locking section 40 x 18 x 1.10 mm at weight 0.469 Kilogram/Running metre. and handle and top section 40 x 18 x 1.25 mm at weight o.417 Kilogram/Running metre. As per detailed drawings and as directed by Engineerincharge with all necessary Aluminium sections fixtures and fastenings such as roller bearing in nylon casting and self locking catch fitted in vertical section of shutter including 5 mm thick plain glass and aluminium mosquito net shutter with stainless steel jail with all required screws and nuts etc, complete. With colour Anodising with box.

Item No.19:- Providing & fixing solid core flush door shutter in single leaf of 32 mm thick, decorative type of exterior grade as per detailed drawings or as approved face veneer on both faces venitians, all necessary beads, moulding & lippong, brass oxidized/ alluminium with powder coating fixturee & fastenings without mortise lock chromium plated handles on both sides & finishing wth French polishing etc. complete (Without frame)

Item No.20:-Providing & fixing mild steel grill work for windows, ventilators weighing 15.00kg per Sq.m. as per drawing, including necessary extures, welding & painthing with one coat of anti corrosive paint etc com.

Item No.21:-Providing and applying washable oil-bound distemper of approved colour and shade to old and new surfaces in two coats including scaffolding and preparing the surfaces.

Item No.22:-Providing and applying two coats of Water proof cement paint of approved manufacture & of approved colour to the plaster surface including scaffolding if necessary, cleaning and preparing the surface watering of two days complet.

Item No.23:- Quality control Testing report 1) sand - Fineness modulus
