Dismantling of PVC water storage tank exc 250 and not exc 500 ltrs capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) as in rcc water tanks, Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational moulded,multilayer HDPE water storage tank (white colour three layer) of 500 ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) ISI marked fixed in position on existing places complete all as specified including 02 Nos 20mm dia full threaded GI tank niple, 20 mm dia PTMT float valve epoxy coated Aluminium rod with high density plastic float ball( of minium weight 210 gms ) and refixing of inlet, outlet & overflow pipe etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal,globe or gate valves with iron wheel head,screwed both ends for iron pipes for 20mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof & disposal of retrived material upto a distance n.exc 100m complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of mud in roof, any thickness including plastering and leaping ( where full thickness recoved or only a part there of disposal off rubbish upto a distance n.exc 100m, complete all as specified and directed

Removing of surplus excavated/demolised materials to a distance exc 250m and n exc 500 m away where complete all as specified and directed. Note: Demolished material should not be thrown away on the ground from the top of roof, it should be removed from the roof manually or by any mechanical means.

M&L Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand 1:1 (by weight) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof curbing, padding over roof slab complete all as specified and directed. Note - Average thickness shall not exceed 40mm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface when concrete is green on roof surface in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured & paid separately)

M&L for water proofing treatment on roof slab consisting with following operations:- (i) Existing surface shall be cleaned of all dust, fungus, moss and other foreign material etc by using wire brush & dusting. (ii) Apply a layer of bituminous primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.4 liter/ sqm on plaster surface. (iii) After primer the entire roof surface shall be applied with hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (iv) Over hot bitumen, polymeric water proofing membrane minimum 3mm thickness consisting of 90 to 100 micron thick central core of HMHDPE film and standard weight 3 Kg/Sqm applied with hot blown bitumen of 85/25 grade Conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 kg/sqm shall be laid with 100mm side lap/end lap on prepared surfaces as per manufacture's Instruction and strict supervision of manufacture's technical representative. Note- The laying of the membrane shall be done through authorized applicator of the manufacturer.

M&L for ceramic cool roof tiles, 10mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile n. exc 0.11sqm as in floor over roof slab etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 25mm thick Preformed joint filler for crumple joint etc conforming to 1838-1961 and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for incl cutting of reinforecment and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps,quoin blocks (for use with masonry), stringcourses, copings.kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts,boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin) corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces,including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape, required, including cranking, bending sprially for hoping for cols, hooking ends and binding with MS and including wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, cills, steps; copings seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks,straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description from walls/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water including removing of debries out side of MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
