Earthwork excavation in sandy soil and other types of soil below plinth level, cleaning, compacting of earth by ramming/watering or other means. Removing of surplus earth with a lead up to 50 metres and backfilling as per specifications, drawing and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairs to plaster With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate) with 20mm and down gauge stone aggregate) of approved quality in foundations, footing, plinth , all tools, tackles, materials, manpowers, machinery etc., as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 115mm thick (plus or minus 5mm) brick work with well burnt stock bricks in cement mortar 1:4 for internal wall / kerb walls at ground levels inclusive of tools, scaffolding ,raking out joints, curing etc. as per specification and direction of Engineer -in- charge

Providing and applying two coats of Fibre Reinforced Damp Shield Elasto of Berger make for Building roof slab area. The rate includes for preparation of surface, water jet cleaning, applying putty wherever required, filling the cracks with Berger (Home shield) crack fill paste, all tools, tackles, materials, manpower, equipments, machinery etc., complete all as per specification, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note:-Fibre Reinforced Damp Shield Elasto shall be used without mixing water.

Providing and applying Berger or approved equivalent make premium weather coat long life 10 exterior emulsion paint added with PU and silicon of accepted shade & color in two or more coats over a coat of Damp shield paint to give an even shade on all plastered / Rough cast surface of External walls at all heights. The rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation, applying putty, filling the cracks with Berger (Home shield) or approved equivalent crack fill paste ,cleaning the surface with water jet, preparing the base , sandring the surface with sand paper, washing and scrubbing with coir/wire brush, attending to broken edges /corners or patches of plastered surface, etc. complete all as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Berger or approved equivalent make premium weather coat long life 10 exterior emulsion paint added with PU and silicon of accepted shade & color in two coats paint to give an even shade on all plastered surface of Internal walls at all heights. The rate shall be inclusive of surface preparation, applying putty, filling the cracks with Berger (Home shield) or approved equivalent crack fill paste of existing intrenal surface, preparing the base , sandring the surface with sand paper, attending to broken edges /corners or patches of plastered surface, etc. complete all as per technical specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting One coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour for Door shutter/window and Frame work and making the surface by scraping, rubbing, applying putty wherever required / wood filler etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Painting One coat of polyurthane paint of approved colour for Door shutter/window and Frame work and making the surface by scraping, rubbing, applying putty wherever required / wood filler etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and polising on wood work with ready mixed two coat of wax polish of approved brand and manufacture for Door shutter and Frame work and making the surface by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler etc., complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing ,fixing & removing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joining with cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it there after .The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineerin-charge.The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.
