Supply and fix 1.00mm thick plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, as in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with 120 grade zinc coating including dismantling old plain sheet complete including taking down the existing all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble stone masonry, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in (CM 1:4) including demolition of existing masonry complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B1, (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges including demolition of existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix rolled mild steel Fe-410- W(Gde E-250) quality 'B' as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc including dismantling old existing wrought iron complete including taking down the existing all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings framed work 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour second class hardwood as in scantlings clean sawn in timber framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs E-board 'Everest' make 600x600x4mm thick white prelaminated sett embosed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at any height laid on hot dipped galvanised iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GS sheet and of size 24x32x3000mm and spaced at 1200mm centers securely fixed to the structural soffits by approved hangers at 1200mm maximum centers, hangers of GI wire 2mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc., the last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall, flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee.
