Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement :4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete Size of tile 600x600 mm

Providing and fixing Wooden plastic composite panel with necessary screws/ nails on one face, and fixed on wooden frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately)0.23 mm thick WPC Panel.

Providing and fixing PVC panel with necessary screws/ nails on one face, and fixed on wooden frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer-in- charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately).

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2

Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position: Budloo / Fir wood.

Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partition walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 meters lead.

Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters upto 10meters span and 5 meters height including stacking the material within 50 meters lead. Of sectional area 40 sq cm. and above.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot &double action hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc.to be paid separately).

Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e., at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge (glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.)22.1.1.2 Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction and of approved size and design/shape laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, filling the joints with coarse sand etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement :3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) Raised and cut pointing.

Flooring with marble stone of 18mm thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: Udaipur green marble

Providing and fixing factory made 18 mm thick single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain white colour board Jali, CNC (Computer numeric control) routed of approved design by Engineer-in -charge which are machine cut for duct/shaft covering, partitions and facades comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and nontoxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with properties of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing on M.S (mild steel) frame made of 25 x 25 x 1.5 mm square hollow box section including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, placed at grid made at 1.0 x 1.0 m or as per requirement at site with necessary stainless steel fasteners and SS screws etc., all complete as per direction of Engineer In- Charge. (Note: M.S (mild steel) framework with priming coat and necessary SS fasteners and SS screws shall be paid separately.
