Material and labour for reinforced cement concrete (type B-1), 1:2:4 all as specified and as directed using 20mm graded stone aggregate on slabs supported of walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour 10 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling, soffit of chajja and roof projection or other similar work etc all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone surface including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces of wall finised even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two or more coats distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over a coat of chalk whiting complete, as per manufacturer's specification, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old wall surfaces and applying two coats of distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour over chalk whiting complete, as per manufacturer's specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick/stone or concrete surfaces with water proofing compound finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement slurry with 3.00kg/Sq.m Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm to newly plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm including complete removal of existing treatment old wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface of overhead reservior inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and filling with cement sand 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface above 10mm but below 15mm thick of overhead reservior inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and fill the crack by using Dr. Fixit Silicone crack fillar modified polymer mortar or crack fillpaste as per manufactur instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting out cracks to v-section shape to concrete surface above 15mm but below 25mm thick of overhead reservior inner or outer sides and making good after tucking in waterproofing treatment and fill the crack by using Dr. Fixit Silicone crack fillar modified polymer mortar or crack fillpaste as per manufactur instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 5mm thick plaster on concrete surfaces of ceiling with cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying three coats of white wash including preparation of newly plastered or complete removal of existing treatment from ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying two coat of white wash on old decorated surfaces of ceiling including brooming, scrapping down with steel scrapper smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorecent salts, trading oil and greasy spots etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment using 3.5mm thick APP Modified membrane with features as specified weighing not less than 3.5 Kg/sqm laid over a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.2 litres/ sqm by torching the membrane including sealing the overlap while torching with 100 mm on length side and 100 mm width side as per manufacture's instruction and to satisfaction of Engineer in Charge. Note:- (a) Irrespective of lap the net covered area will not be measured for payment (b) The quoted rate is demed to be inclusive of primer APP membrane.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound finished surface even and smooth with using extra cement slurry with 3.00kg/Sq.m all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n. exc. 1.5 Sqm each

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment from old plastered or concrete wall surfaces of UG Sump and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of chalk whiting to newly or old undecorated plastered wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10mm thick cm 1:4 on fiar faces of stone masonry wall surfaces, finished even and fair to receive glazed tiles all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7mm thick coloured on vertical surfaces such as dado skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment including 15mm thick screed bedding of C M 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long screwed shanks and fly-nuts, screwed for iron pipe and fixed fancy type all as specified and directed.
