SCH 'A' Pt - XIV (MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS)

INTERNAL ELETRIFICATION WORKS NOTE:- For items of internal Electrifications notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-III (internal Electrification Works) shall also be applicable.

(a) One light point controlled by one way 6A modular switch.

(b) One fan point controlled by one way 6A modular switch.

(c) One Exhaust fan point controlled by one 6 Amps one-way modular switch

(d) One Wall fan point controlled by one 6 Amps one-way modular switch

(e) One Bell Buzer point controlled by one 6 Amps bell push switch

(f) One Socket Outlet contolled by 6 Amps modular switch on Independent board

(g) One Socket Outlet controlled by 6 Amps modular switch on same board

All as per Sl item No. 4.01 above, but with cable 2.5 sqmm for phase and neutral & 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity complete for 6/16 Amps socket point

M & L for Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS ( Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits) with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked with valid CML No in and including medium grade, in stove enamelled steel conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc. ISI marked , including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sq mm nominal cross sectional area single core FRLSH cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dully complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing flame proof down light 40 watt, cool day white, IP-65 protection & not less than 100 Lm/watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for DI fittings as in bends (any type, radius and angle) Tapers and y type, (straight, bends increasing, or double socket etc. (Tee pieces single branch, ‘Y’ junction, double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars caps and plugs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, connecting, jointing and testing centrifugally cast (Spun) Ductile iron pressure pipe 150mm dia ISI marked confirming to IS-8329-2000(Reaffirmed 2005 edition 4.1) of following size with socket spigot ends, suitable for “Plus on joints (Tyton Joint)” each standard working lengths supplied with rubber gaskets duly ISI marked for water supply class K-9 with socket with cement mortar lining inside and metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe without polyethylene sleeves but including “Push on Joint” supplied with ISI marked EPDM rubber gasket conforming to IS-5382-1985 (reaffirmed 2003) laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for construction of brick masonry valve pit chamber for the size of 900x 900x1000 cm including necessary earth work, PCC coping plastering on internal surface of valve pit. Framed work for the valve pit chamber cover made of MS sheet angle equal angle 40x40x5 mm and MS sheet 3mm thick confirming to Fe410-o and Fe310-o including welding cutting hinges locking arrangement complete and two coated synthetic paints applied on the valve pit cover and MS frame work complete all specified in drawing and directed by Engr-in-charge

EXTERNAL ELETRIC WORKS NOTE:- For items of EXTERNAL ELECTRIC WORKS notes given at the beginning of Sch ‘A’ Part-V (EXTERNAL ELETRIC WORKS shall also be applicable.

Supply and fix junction box Single Pole and neutral enclosure compression gland 2 with connector and clamp for pole mounting with two nos of nut bolt and washers and socket complete of size not less than 12"x10"x4" complete all as specified by Engineer -in- Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of time switches for street lights control for 3 KW Single Phase rating consists of the following items :- (a) Lumens sensor model No -02EC-3KW1P or equivalent (b) contactor AC3 20 Amps per phase - 01 No (c) Incoming MCB of 20 Amps per phase - 01 Nos (d) Outgoing MCB of 20 Amps per phase - 01 Nos (e) complete single phase circuit wiring

S & F of tubing galvanised 40 mm bore light grade ISI marked bent to the shape of bracket 1.2 Mtr in length for mounting of street light fitting and fixed on pole with clamp and nut, bolt and washer with two coat paint complete all as directed.

S&F in HT cable route indicator made of RCC M15 (Noiminal Mix) ( using 12.5mm nominal size crushed stone aggregate) of size 200mm (Length)X200mm (Width)X1200mm (Height) duly painted with cement base and written in white colour with lettering MES HT cable /HT straight Joint using two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour and including necessary earthwork and excavation, embedded in PCC block foundation in M15 (Nominal Mix) (using 20 nominal graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 400mm x 400mm x 300mm complete all as specified and as directed.

SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS NOTE:- For items of SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -VIII (SEWAGE DISPOSAL WORKS) shall also be applicable.

S & F of DWCPE (double wall corrugated) sewage pipe SN-8 ISI Mark as per IS 16908Part Ii 2013 laid in trenches joined and tested as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed for the following size:-

(a) 150 MM bore pipe

(b) 200 MM bore pipe

Construction of Brick Septic Tank of 150 Users including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation, walls of fly ash brick masonry with top cover of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCI complete as specified (TD No CEBZ/TD/77/2011 Sheet 1/3 to 3/3)

Construction of Soakage well including excavation, in any type of soil, PCC foundation walls of honey combed masonry with top ring of M25 concrete including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of Brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/ SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC complete filled with brick bats 3.00m depth x 3.00m effective depth for 150 Users complete all as specified and directed (Drg No CEBZ/TD/78/2011 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works NOTE:- For items of Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works notes given at the biginning of Schedule 'A' Part-X (Fencing, Gate and Comound Wall Works) shall also be applicable.

Provision of steel gate of size 8.0 mtr wide all as shown in on drg No CEBZ/TD/104/2011 Sheet No 1/3 to 3/3 with MS work confirming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 including gate pillar and necessary earthwork etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor shall make provision of gate light, however gate light shall be measured an paid separately as per requirement.

Excavation earth work and site development wotks NOTE:- For items of Excavation earth work and site development wotks notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -XIII (Excavation earth work and site development wotks) shall also be applicable.

Approved earth filling with approved soil brought from outside MD land filling in tranches or paving laid in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick spread, levelled rammed including watering etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Internal Water Supply Works NOTE:- For items of Internal Water Supply Works notes given at the beginning of SCHEDULE 'A' PART -II (Internal Water Supply Works) shall also be applicable.

S&F of two way bib tabs, cast copper alloy fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for 15mm dia iron/CPVC pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
