The ballast shall be stacked separately while making the trench and the earth soil shall be stacked separately. Alternate layers of 30 kgs-charcoal and 30 kgs-common salt to be filled in the pit while closing. The pipe perforation etc., to be carried out as per Drg No. SK 10-10. Providing and laying in position cement cum concrete of specified grade including the cost of centring and shuttering: 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Releasing of existing Axle Counter field Set equipment (transmitters & receiver coils) on the rails at the entry/exit track circuits without causing any damage. Excavating the under the track for removing track devices, connecting cables and duly covering the cable duct. Disconnecting and removing of Amplifier (electronic junction box and other associated equipment from the location box and transporting to a central location for account.

Releasing of existing TLD boxes with Numbers stumps terminals after releasing all the bond wires. The released materials shall be accounted and stacked neatly at a place as instructed by Rly representative at site.

Excavation of trench at the culvert from RMT foot of the culvert to top of it in the ramp to a size of 300mm width, 800mm depth by storing the ballast and the excavated soil separately. Laying of the HDPE/DWC/GI pipe using couplers and bends as per Drg No. SK.15/11, drawing of cables through the pipe and refilling of the trench duly putting back the removed ballast in its proper place and shape.

Fixing and erection of Axle Counter single Set entry type along with racks, track transducers, rail deflectors, EJ box equipment at site. Fixing of required number of terminal blocks, fuses, lightening dischargers etc., in EJ box and wiring as per the circuit. Placement of valuator, Relays, inside the axle counter rack, termination of axle counter cable and wiring the same as per the circuit diagram in relay/axle counter room. This also includes providing resetting box in SM's office, plunger box at a place shown by the site in-charge and wiring as per the circuit diagram. Further the axle counter system has to be tested and commissioned (bolts, nuts, GI pipe, flexible conduit pipe metallic, lugs, wood screws are to be supplied by the contractor. Cutting of Rock, concreting after cable RMT laying with 1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing of concrete to the required number of days, except in bridges, culverts, level crossings, track crossings, cable pits and rocky soil including marking of cable alignment, clearing of debris etc., complete to the finished item of work as directed by engineer in-charge. All the material is to be arranged by contractor. Depth of 200 mm and width of 200mm where rock is visible from surface to a depth more than 300mm up to 550mm, excavation of trench with width 300mm above rock, concreting 200mm x 200mm after laying of cable as per Drg No. SK/CN/NEW/3.

When rock is visible for more than 0.5 RMT Meter and up to 0.8 Meter from ground level, excavating the trench minimum 0.5 Meter and maximum 0.8 Meter, laying cable and concreting 200mmx200mm over the rocky surface after levelling with soil! sand. (Chase cutting not required).

Fixing relay bases, wiring in location boxes, Per Relay bunching, fixing of relays as per circuit diagram. This includes fixing of condensers, resistance, 6 way/1 way terminals/WAGO, ND type fuses, LED indicators for fuses as per type fuses.
