1.01	Providing well-groomed, professional female hostesses to assist in the smooth conduct of the event. Duties of the hostess shall include welcoming guests, guiding dignitaries to their designated seats, facilitating stage activities, and providing general assistance during the event as directed. Hostesses shall report at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time of the event and remain available until the conclusion of the event. Uniforms with neat and formal appearance shall be provided by the agency supplying the hostesses, subject to prior approval from the Engineer-in-charge/Event Coordinator.
