M & L Plastering 10 mm thick in one layer in Cement Mortar 1:4 over concrete roof padding/ wall surface, cement mortar mixed withand including WPC as per manufacturers instruction. (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

M&L water proofing treatment on roof surface in following steps through manufacturer/ authorised applicator of the manufacturer instructions complete :- (i) Wire brushing and cleaning top surface of tiles, lime terracing or cement concrete, including flashings and junction parapets, etc and surface painting, with a layer of blown bitumen of any preparation applied hot @ 1.7 kg per sqm, blinded with grit or pea size gravel @ 0.006 cum per sqm and lightely tampered (area of flashing etc shall be added to the roof area). (ii) Laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and min 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified. (iii) Applying a coat of bituminious aluminium paint @200 gm/sqm (min) in two coat.
