REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF TOWER ACS AND MISC OTHER AIR CONDITIONING WORKS UNDER GE (U) PM DELHI CANTT10

Taking down of tower type AC 4 TR Capacity including cleaning of cooling coil, air filters , condenser, compressors, fan motor etc with vacuum cleaner OR cleaning solution including checking the serviceability of electrical/electronic circuits relays, wiring kit, thermostat switches knobs, remote control unit including PCB, fan, blower, etc, changing connections from heating mode to cooling mode or vice-versa and keeping the AC unit in satisfactory working condition after necessary servicing/ repair/ replacement of defective spares as required complete all specified and as directed . Notes :- (i) Replacement of defective spares for making the AC units in satisfactory working condition will be measured & paid separately under relevant items and Labour charges for taking out old spares shall deemed to be included in unit quoted rate. (ii) Penalty will be charged for not attending complaint from 12 Hours to 24 hours Rs. 500/- each complaint. Further if complaint not attended and rectified within 24 hours after intimation (Intimation will be given by message/whats app/mail by mentioning time of complaint, for that contractor has to submit his authorised reps details for receiving complaint) of complaint, failing which same will be got rectified through spot quotation by job order by any other agency and double of the job order amount to be deducted from contractors dues.

Supply and fixing Bimetal overload relay 6-10A complete all specified and as directed . (Make:- L &T /ABB/ Seimens )

Supply and fixing contactor MNX 12 complete all specified and as directed. ( Make:- L &T / ABB/ Seimens )

Supply & fixing Condenser fan blade of Aluminium for tower type A.C of Capacity 4 TR as per Existing size as specified and directed

Supply and fixing In Repair single phase preventer VSP 1. ( Make:- L &T / ABB/ Seimens )

Disconnecting the main printed circuit board (PCB) and repair the PCB with electric accessories and sensors as per existing suitable for Tower AC of capacity 4 TR and refixing it complete with all testing and commssioning as specified and directed

Supply & fixing in repairs of suction valve set of size 15.9mm (5/8'') for Tower 4 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed . Note:- Supply & filling of refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid under relevent item.

Supply & fixing in repairs of Discharge valve set of size 9.52 mm (3/8'') for Tower 4 TR capacity complete all as specified and directed . (Make:- LG/ Voltas/ Blue Star/ Hitachi). Note:- Supply & filling of refrigerant gas shall be measured and paid under relevent item.

Supply & fixing in repairs of Expansion valve for tower type AC of capacity 4 TR complete all as specified and directed. (Make:- Danfos, Emerson, Temsuch)

Disconnecting from mains and taking out existing unserviceable sealed compressor unit from the Tower type Air Conditioner of Cap 4 Ton, of any make any type from any location complete all as specified and directed
