Notes: 1. The engineers will be responsible for regular field checks, ensuring that all sensors are functioning correctly and recalibrating as needed. They will also manage the relocation of sensors based on the construction schedule and feasibility at different stages of the flyover construction. The team head should attend the Weekly review meetings every week. 2. The IT / Data specialist will ensure that data from the sensors is properly collected, stored, and maintained, and will provide periodic data analyzing reports, Monthly, weekly report to the project management team.
INSTALLATION AND MONITORING
Manpower for Installation & Monitoring The project involves the installation, monitoring, and maintenance of strain gauges and optical displacement sensors, including tilt meters (tiltmeters), to track settlement along the construction of flyover. These sensors will be installed at every feasible location within the tunnel and station premises, specifically on both the upline and downline, during the construction phase. The sensors will be integrated with data loggers to monitor the settlement and ensure structural integrity. The contactor should take the existing tunnels as-built survey for recording purposes and after installation, the coordinates should be recorded for software mapping purposes, and the agency must ensure the continuous availability of the total station and survey surveyor requirement throughout the entire project until completion. Sensors will be relocated at desired locations as per the construction timeline, and based on the feasibility of construction activities in both upline and downline sections. The team will coordinate with the construction team to ensure that monitoring equipment is installed at optimal locations throughout the project.
