Attending annual operation and maintenance of Electrical installation, fixtures, 250 KVA and 125 KVA Generator Set, Electrical lift and AC in the ALHW office complex and ALHW Central Store in Port Blair for the period of 1 (one) year.

Attending routine operation and maintenance of all electrical installations including Diesel Generator Set (250 KVA Genset at CE office and 125 KVA Genset at Central stores), cleaning & greasing of Gensets, filling of POL, changing Engine oil, handling of HSD oil & other POL, checking the supply, operating the change over switch for shifting the line between the electricity department supply and generator supply, cleaning/ sweeping the Genset area & surroundings , ON/OFF operation and maintenance of electrical lift & intercom telephone instruments in ALHW office building and all other electrical appliances and fixtures provided in to t ALHW office & Central stores including ON/OFF operations of electrical installations, repair works/replacing works of LED lights/tubes, street lights, checking the connection in the pillar box, MH lamps, fused tubes, tube light frames, bulbs' chokes, switches, switchgears, sockets, plug points, ceiling fan, wall mounting fan, exhaust fan and accessories, winding of fans, wiring works for electrical fittings and points, Panel Boards etc,. Maintenance of Tower Air conditioners, Split Air conditioners including dusting, cleaning, water washing, servicing, topping up refrigerant, repair/replacement of AC spares, stabilizers and attending other electrical maintenance nature of work as and when arises or as directed by the Engineer in Charge in time to time, excluding cost of materials required for replacement which will be supplied by department on free cost but including cost of all labour charges, minor tools, GST, Labour Welfare Cess etc complete. (The following category and quantity of workmen should be engaged to carry out the above works)

Supply of Electrician (Skilled Mazdoor)- 03 Nos. per day (08 Hrs duty Per day)

Supply of AC Technician (Skilled Mazdoor)- 01 No. per day (08 Hrs duty Per day)

Supply of Assistant Electrician (Semi Skilled Mazdoor) 02 Nos. per day (08 Hrs duty Per day)

Supply of Unskilled Mazdoor - 02 Nos. per day (08 Hrs duty Per day)

Checking of Air Conditioner with pressure meter for the refrigent availablity, top up/ recharge of full quantity of gas required with R22-/R-32//R-410 gas (or) any other gas, vaccumizing, prssure testing including cost of all materials and GST..etc, complete. (For 1/1.5/2Ton Cap. AC).
