Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas in soft soil including disposal of excavated earth as directed,disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed.

Demolishing/beaking cement concrete/brickmasonry/Road manually or mechanical means including disposal/leveling of material as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Disposal of waste/rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by manual and mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground outside GSL Yard or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, including transportation,labour,tools,materials etc. complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size excluding the cost of centering and shuttering ) including compacting,curing etc all labour and materials complete.

Constructing masonry in superstructure at all levels using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70kg/cm2(28days curing) with a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions & corners,curing etc. all labour and materials etc. complete.

Constructing masonry in foundation/superstructure such as walls, parapets,curbs,chambers, etc. 10 cm thick using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70Kg./cm2 (28 days) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:4) including providing specially moulded block at junctions and corners, providing 2 M.S. bars 6mm dia at every fourth course, all scaffolding, lifts, raking out joints, curing etc. All labour & material etc. complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic floor tiles antiskid 300x300 mm or any other size as approved (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS :15622 of approved make in all colours on 20mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:4(1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments, etc., complete. (Basic Rate-400/m2)

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including stripping of existing paint/neeru,chipping,pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete. (Basic Rate-550/m2)

Providing and fixing 18mm thick Granite of any colour and shade, gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish, etc. complete at all levels.

Cuddappah 25/30 mm thick stone slab machine cut over 20cm (average) thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08%and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) or with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 6 mm thickness,including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make in all colours & shade in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) or with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477 in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting the joint with white cement &matching pigments etc. complete.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand or with grit, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross-section 90mm x 45mm having single rebate of 32mm x 15mm to receive shutter of 30mm thickness including holdfast/annchor fastener/srews.The laminate shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat . Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides.
