Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting / filling with 8 to 10 tonne power roller all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for morrum/red bajri filling in side berms of road floors or pavings, laid in layers n.exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L laying and compacting 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base course (GSB) grading as per Grade I as specified in table 400-1 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works- 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand, crushed gravel, crushed stone, crushed slag or combination thereof as per grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and levelling on the subgrade by using motor grader of adequate capacity, and rolling with vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of at least 98% of the Maximum dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specifeied and as directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works-2013 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L laying and compacting 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) in three layers of 75 mm each; grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works, 2013 manufactured in WMM Plant, material comprising of clean, crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to dense mass, sreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibrator roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber; the finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specificatons for Road and Bridge works-2013, complete all as specifeied and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer (paving bitumen) at 7.5 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparing WMM surfaces brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Premix bituminous macadam with binder content @ 4% by weight of total mix, laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 50 mm or less) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Applying evenly a priming tack coat with Paving bitumen @ 2.5 kg per 10 Sqm and providing bituminous pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete (design mix) 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix laid with mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 13.00 & 14.00 ABOVE: The rates shall be quoted on the basis of binder content of 4% /5.5% of the total mix by weight. For any addition/deduction in the actual binder content used, the rates shall be adjusted at Rs. 60.00 per Kg of binder used.

M&L Preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick center lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n.exc. 10 cm wide on roads / pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint and glass beads of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sq.m on plan and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, type D2, (1:4:8), using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Reinforced Cement Concrete pipes, 450 mm bore, class NP-2 with collars, laid and jointed with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Brickwork with modular fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces of any description and applying two coats of cement based paint of approved tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces with cement mortor (1:4) to be finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement Concrete, type B1, (1:2:4) using 20mm graded stone agragate as in copings, lintels upto 1.5m clear pan, cills, steps; seismics and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, kneelers, apex stones water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel of grade Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering,running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing edge moulding to 18-20mm thick granite stone any description of counters vanities etc.including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&LRCC M-25(design mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies etc complete all as specified and as directed.
