M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge. Material and labour for Reinforced cement concrete nominal mix type B1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate as slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and chajjas etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Powder coated aluminum frame /shutter of any type for doors,windows,ventilators,partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing complete all as specified.

S&F Pre-laminated particle board 12mm thick, interior grade, pre laminated both side decorative ,fixed in frames complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer –In -Charge.

S&F 100mm size Aluminum anodized Butt hinges complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered surfaces by complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats oil bound distemper, white or tinted over a coat of alkaline resistent primer over and including a layer of 2 mm thick wall care putty on the existing surface, at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash at any height including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for point wiring (concealed) in and including rigid non metallic PVC heavy duty conduit, 19/20 mm dia/suitable size as per site reqmt including cutting chases for conduits, sinking for boxes for concealed conduit wiring with 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable in and including flush type metal boxes modular type suitable for fixing modular switches, sockets, fan regulators etc with brass screw, cup washer and including PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable of 1.5 sqmm as earth wire connected to common earth and earth dolly as per IS specification and as specified for the One light/fan/bell point controlled by one switch.
