PART I- REPAIRS TO JOINERY, FLOORING, INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY INCL SANITARY FITTINGS AND ANCILLARY REPAIRS TO BRICK WORK/PLASTERING WORKS AT PTMS DEF CIV MD ACCN

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm/ 450 x 300 x 7 mm thick, as in vertical surfaces such as in skirting and dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick back coat in CM 1:4, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubings and connections of 15 mm bore pipe including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store, complete, all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel water tubings and connections of 20 mm bore pipe including cleaning or re-fixing or removal to store, complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for unplasticised PVC pipes 15 mm bore of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm² fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for unplasticised PVC pipes 20 mm bore of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm² fixed complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc., any type of pipe complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20 mm gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, all as specified and directed.
