Dismantling and taking up or down old Unserviceable service cable and LT UG cable of any size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and Laying and connecting with appropriate lugs in replacement XLPE LT cable PVC insulated, heavy duty electric cables with Aluminum conductors,1100 volts grade, laid in trenches/on pole/in pipe /on wall ,using suitable clamps for fixing of cable complete all as specified and directed of cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 Core.

All as per Item No 2 above but 16 Sqmm 2 Core.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, waterring and wall ramming in layers not exc 25 cm. for any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a layers not exc 25 Cm. above/below the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laid in trenches double walled corrugated HDPE pipes of inner dia 38 mm and outer dia 50mm, as in cable protection work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for removal green vegetation and dressing around the plinth/ PCC hardstanding up to 1.5 mtr of sub station and 2/4 pole structure etc including disposal of vegitation material up to 50 mtr distanced from the site and levelling surfacing the ground all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for replacement of GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for 50 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for replacement GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete grouted in ground all as specified for 80 mm bore of pipe laid in trenches/fixed with poles/laid in road/plinth/floor for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable steel poles of any size after disconnecting power, keeping aside serviceable insulators, stays, clamps etc for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres Long) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old ACSR or AAC Conductor all as directed by the Engr-in charge.

Materials and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundation filling and mass concrete (for foundation bed concrete in stays /poles or any other position as directed at site).

Materials and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in coping of existing and new PCC/steel poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for Painting of Steel tubuler pole up to 9 mtr long by using Two coats of aluminium paint with one coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface all as directed by the Engr- in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair LT Over over head line phase seperator of any size (4 way) in between distribution span of LT over head lines all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 1.1 KV grade cable for straight through joint complete with Jointing material heat Shrink type and accessories, Outdoor type suitable for size 25 to 50 sqmm 3.5/ 4 Core.

All as per Item No 34 above but 70 to 120 sqmm 3.5/ 4 Core.

Supply and fix Off Load changeover switch side handle in sheet metal enclosure 415 V AC 50 Hz of Capacity 100 Amp 4 pole all as directed by the Engr-in-charge. Make : Havells, L&T and its equivalent

Dismantling air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/ replacement all as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

Materials and labour for Air break, gange operated switch HT 11000 volts, Triple pole , mounted on insulators and steel frames with operating mechanism worked from ground level with operating rod, handle etc., for current rating upto 400 amps fixed on pole / structures complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in charge.

Supply and fixing for replacement of disc insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145nm high and 225 mm dia ball & socket type, with tension clamp suitable for conductor single disc assy working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium lugs for 10 Sqmm size complete all as specified and directed.

Locating electrical fault in UG cable of any size and repair by using of suitable size of cable lugs and straight through joint and make the good disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cable joint kit, Earth work & Aluminium lugs will be measured and paid seperately in respective items.
