Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Hot rolled deformed bars complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes, cables, etc, including excavation for sockets, depth upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking serviceable material for measurements and disposal of unserviceable material as directed, within a lead of 50 m :Ordinary rock Pipes, cables etc. not exceeding 80 mm dia complete,in all respects in all leads and lifts as directed by E in C.
