Supply, fabriction and erection of semi Covered protective sheds structure at all height by using Carbon steel Structural members such as angle, channels, beams, flats, plates, bars of various sizes conforming to material standard IS 2062-2011 Grade E250 Quality-A, and dimension standards of IS 808 , IS 1730, IS 1731 and IS 1732 , circular structural steel pipes of various sizes conforming to IS 1161 and IS 3601, and square and rectangular structural steel tubes of various sizes conforming to IS 4923 and Chequered plate of various sizes conforming to material standard of IS 3502 and dimension standards of IS 1730, for the construction of semi covered protective sheds and structure. Works include assembly , fit-up , welding with SMAW process , alignment , drilling of holes, cutting, bolting, bending, anchoring, fastening wherever required and providing and applying minimum two coats of NPCIL approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer as per drawings and specifications. Scope also includes Site survey, taking measurements, preparation and submission of detailed drawing for approval of EIC, handling, transportation, shifting, arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables (including welding electrode, nuts, bolts, washer etc.), etc as detailed in Section-V.

Supply and erection of roofing For the construction of semi covered protective sheds, at all elevations using Zinc-Aluminium alloy coated profile sheet of 0.45 mm thickness of “TATA Durashine" make or equivalent of approved colour including all shapes, over laps, side cladding, ridges, eaves board, gutters etc., including Supplying and Fixing of necessary self tapping screws / 6mm dia J or L GI hooks, bolts, nuts, screws, bitumen washers, sealing of joints etc, complete all as per manufacturer's recommendations as per drawings and specifications. (Note: Payment shall be made only to the superficial area. No over laps, corrugations /profile shall be measured). Scope includes arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables etc as detailed in Section-V.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:2:4, using 20 mm and downgraded stone aggregate at all height including mechanical mixing, leveling, compaction, vibrating, providing shuttering, finishing smooth exposed surfaces of concrete, curing etc complete as per drawings and standard specifications. Scope includes arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables etc as detailed in Section-V.

Providing and laying M30 Design mix concrete with cement content up to 350kg/Cum using 20mm and down graded stone aggregates, admixtures including Mixing ,Ramming, Compaction, leveling, curing, placing at all lifts, including scaffolding and Finishing smooth all exposed faces complete as per specification. Scope includes arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables etc as detailed in Section-V.

Disassembly of steel structure & roofing without disturbing/damaging structure components and adjacent structure, Handling, loading of material on to the truck/trailer, shifting of material to the identified location within the KKNPP plant premises , unloading of material in desired position & location ,preparation and submission of report. Scope also includes arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables etc as detailed in Section-V.

Construction of semi covered protective sheds using disassembled structural steel structure components and roofing sheet, work include issue of disassembled structural steel and roofing material from identified location within the KKNPP plant premises, shifting of material to required location, fabrication, modification and erection including assembly , fit-up , welding with SMAW process , alignment , drilling of holes, cutting, bolting, bending, anchoring, fastening wherever required and re-painting over the earlier painted surface, cleaning and removal of loose paint, providing and applying minimum two coats of NPCIL approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer as per drawings and specifications. Scope also includes Site survey, taking measurements, preparation and submission of detailed drawing for approval of EIC, handling, transportation, shifting, arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables (including welding electrode, nuts, bolts, washer etc.), etc as detailed in Section-V.

Supply and fixing Fire retardant tarpaulin : Scope also includes Site survey, assessment of material requirement, taking measurements, material procrument and supply, tarpaulin fabrication/ customization, handling, transportation, delivery to site, tarpaulin installaiton and securing, inspection and handover, arrangement of manpower, scaffolding, P&M, tools & tackles, all consumables (including ropes, eyelets (grommets), bungee cords, straps, d-rings, zipper or any other specialized fastening systems as required for secure and effective installtion.), etc as detailed in Section-V.prepartion of report and submission for approval of EIC.
