Disconnecting & taking down the ceiling fan of 1200mm/1400mm sweep, for carried out preventive maintenance and rehanging the same after cleaning the dust etc with air pressure, cotton cloth & brush, taking out ball bearing and bush, cleaning with kerosine oil, lubricating greasing, oiling, cleaning to winding including supply and replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber real, split pin, connector and flexible cable of size 3 core 0.5 Sqmm upto required length from ceiling rose to connector of ceiling fan including testing all as directed. Note : (i)Patty item such as nut, bolt, washer,rubber seal, split pin, connector copper cable pvc insulated 0.5 sqmm 3 core are deemed to included in quoted unit rate of item.(ii) Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only. (iii) The services of ceiling fan carrying out door to door.(iv) After completion of work all fans shall be tested to the entire satisfaction complete all as specified and directed

M&L for one coat spray painting of ceiling fan of any sweep complete with blades, down rod etc with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour by spraying including filling cavaties with filler, preparation of surfaces cleaning all dust etc and writing of MES No of size not exc 5cm high using black enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of ceiling fan of 1200mm sweep and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire heavy duty ISI mark of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing, oiling and testing including taking down and rehanging at the same location in complete all as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 5 above but 1400mm sweep ceiling fans.

Supply only of following parts/components suitable for ceiling fan 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Capacitor 2.5/3.5 mfd, oil filled, 400V AC, 50 HZ, 850C ISI marked Make : Asian/Unistar/Usha.

(b) Ball bearing (6201) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

(c) Ball bearing (6202) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

(d) Ball bearing (6203) Make : SKF, NBC, TATA.

(e) Hanging clip complete with rubber real existing as standard size available in market.

(f) Fan hook complete as standard size available in market for fixed with GI Pipe and existing Channel. Note:- Fixing of item No 7 to 7.05 shall be measured and paid under item No 01 only.

Supply and replacement of ceiling fan blade suitable for ceiling fan 1200mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of down rod for ceiling fan 50cm long 15mm internal dia heavy duty duly painted including hanging clamp, rubber ring, nut and bolts complete suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep.including necessary hole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of canopy suitable for ceiling fan of 1200/1400mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting and dismantling the existing winding of exhaust fan 380mm sweep with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing, lubricating, greasing oiling testing complete all as directed.

Description all as per ser item No 11 above but for exhaust fan 450mm sweep.

Supply of following parts/components suitable for exhaust fan 380/450mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.:- (a) Capacitor 4 mfd, oil filled, 400V AC, 50 HZ, 850C ISI marked. Make : Asian/ Unistar/ Usha/ LARSEN & TUBRO.

(b) Fan blade set for exhaust fan of 380mm sweep

(c) Fan blade set for exhaust fan of 450mm sweep Note:- Fixing of item No 13 to 13.02 shall be measured and paid under item No 02 only.

Taking down the existing unserviceable water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35 ltr of any make by disconnecting from water connection and reinstallation at the same location after carrying out necessary repair/replacement of unserviceable parts including one coat of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and marking of MES No. with black paint and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Parts/components replaced other than mentioned above will be measured and paid separately under respective items as supply only.

Description all as per item No 14 above but 50 ltr capacity.

S&F in replacement Heating element 1500W with rubber ring clamping screws etc in geyser water storage type of capacity 25 ltr/35 ltr complete all as specified and directed..Make: as per existing.

S&F in replacement Heating element 2000W with rubber ring clamping screws etc in geyser water storage type of capacity 50 ltr complete all as specified and directed..Make: as per existing.

Supply only following parts required for repair of the geyser water storage type 25/35 ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed. (a) Thermostat switch adjustable type.Make: as per existing.

(b) Reset type thermal cut out.Make: as per existing.

(c) Fusible plug fuse.

(d) Non return valve vertical type spring loaded, ISI marked.Make: as per existing.

(e) Water storage tank made of 22 SWG copper sheet complete with flange for aperture plate and vent pipe connection for geyser.

(f) Water storage tank made out of special laminated texture finished body with covering of non corrosive protection on both sides of sheet statically powder coated body made of heavy gauge CRCA sheet.

(g) Iron neck ring.

(h) Brass inlet/outlet assembly complete without element and thermostat.

(j) Aperture plate made of brass.

M&L for removing unserviceable grouted "Anchor" type bolts and nuts from the wall and S&F new "Anchor" type bolts (04 Nos of 12mm dia) grouted properly in wall to hold 25/35/50 ltr capacity water storage type geyser with and including nuts and washers and marking good the disturbed surface in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings as original where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 for concealed water tubing etc and making good, cutting exc 10cm and not exc 20cm girth in brick or stone wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, steel water tubing, 40 mm bore medium grade with all fittings complete to walls and ceilings for hanging of celing fan of following sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC cable 3 core copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm to water storage type geyser of capacity 25/35/50 ltr including taking out old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down U/S plug top and S&F new 3 pin plug top 16 amps, 230 volts, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed..

S&F in repair sheet metal enclosure of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB of DP 20 Amps, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell,same board, independent or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets etc removing materials for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor & ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of old U/S rusted main switch/DB of any size capacity and make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F submain wiring complete with 4 Sqmm single core multi standred PVC insulated and sheathed cable FRLS copper conductor two runs and one run of 4 Sqmm copper cable for earth continuity conductor in and including drawn through PVC conduit/sleeves 20 mm dia with all PVC accessories concealed in wall, floor/ceiling etc including taking down old unserviceable submain wiring complete all as specified and directed.
