REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF HELIPAD LIGHTS SECURITY LIGHTS ALONGWITH CONNECTED WORKS AT INS SHIKRA UNDER GE NW NOFRA

Routine maintinance of Air Field Runway Light System (AFLS) by attending fault testing of system,regularly basis to ensure serviceablity & checking of system etc ,including replacement of unseriviceable component including preventive maintinance spares by replacing parts other than mention in Schedule "A" installed at dispersal area INS Shikra with comprising following:-

(a) Mantinance of runway light circuit no1 and 2 Approx consists of 65 runway lights including repairing & cleaning of lighting system complete.

(b)Maintinance of constant current Regulator (CCR) unit and line stablizer 230 volt,50hz,10 kw,single phase.

(c) Maintinance of Remote control unit at ATC.

(d) Maintinance and Repairing,cleaning and replacement of holder/lamp of flood light fittingred/blue light.

(e) Maintenance and Repairing,cleaning of blue and red light.

(f) Maintinance of obstruction light at any height of building/Hanger etc.

All as per item no 1 above but for Rotating Beacon system. (a) Maintinance of complete Rotating Beacon System Consisting of 3 light assembly including of replacement of lamps/holder/carbon brushes. (b) Maintinance of rotating mechanism for beacon lamps. (c) Maintinance of Remote control unit at ATC.

NOTES :-

For item no 1 &2 Schedule & perventive maintinance of the equipment will be carried out as per the publication of the equipment in consultation with BLD department.

Highly experience and dedicated Engineer and Technicians having knowledge & fully experienced in Repair and maintinance of runway lighting system shall be deputed to carry out runway light system and cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the unit Rate quated.

Holding of adequate spares parts for runway light shall be kept ready in stock,minimum 25% at site with essential tools for maintinance. Necessary Vrs Shall be submitted by the contractor duly deface by Engineer-in-Charge alongwith RAR, failing which necessay recovery shall be made in respective RAR.

On receipt of break down call,the defect shall be attended and rectified on priority with in 01(one) hours. Incase of any such failure,penalty of RS 500/- Per hour shall be recovered

Spares part shall be measured & paid under respective items.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing imported energy efficient and super saver LED 105 Watt,6.6 Amps suitable for helipad identification light (cat No IDM 4062,5000 V)

Taking down unserviceable LED light holder and Supply and fixing imported energy efficient and super saver LED holder with all acceriors suitable for helipad identification light .

Taking down unserviceable light and Supply and fixing Energy efficent and super saver lamp suitale for rotating beacon sysytem.Make as per Existng Sample or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking down unserviceable isolating transformer and Supply and fixing Isolating transformer,series to series 200 w, 5000 volts or as per existing capacity at site, current ration 6.6/6.6 amps suitable for Helipad identification light (CCR) Light fittings as per sample complete all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing LED aviation light luminaires integral LED aviation light comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure,302 nos. LED are provided as per site Required . Location : Helipad sea side and hangers.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing MF 30 LED aviation obstruction light yellow/red epoxy flame orange painted die cast auminium alloy housing ,bulit in 75 VA step of transformer,hit resistant,clear thick glass and accessories complete with LED lamp 75 VA with provision of necessary GI pipe for fixing including taking down Helipad H1 & H2 Area , Product No 020075 of type BJAOL.

Taking down unserviceable wind cone and Supply and fixing wind cone assembly(wind direction indicator) with bottom base plate and stedy burning red obstruction light mounted on top,made of water repellent and resistant to rotating and mildew nylon fasbric with colour combination red and white complete of size dia is 600 mm, the dia of smallend is 300 mm and length is 2.4 mtr.

Taking down/dismantling voltage stablizer of capacity up to10 KVA,415 Volts carefully from its original position and repair & overhauling carrying with fallowing all as specified and directed.

(a) Draining out oil from Voltage Stablizer and dismantling the core connections from tank and taking out core along with winding from tank carefully.

(b) Cleaning the oil tank of voltage stablizer and removing sludges from tank.

(c) Dismantling the faulty winding from the core and re-winding to same with suitable size of insulated copper wire as oer manufacturers specifiocation.

(d) Core shall be assembled with suitable insulated hardware and insulating material varnishing and re-assamling all parts respect to original position etc.

(e) Refilling of new transformer oil and filter to achieve the BDV Values and testing complete all as directed.

(f) Inspecting / overhauling value of spring drive Mechanism by checking mechanism,lever assembly and apply multy grease lubricant to function smoothy.

Taking down old unserviceable junction box and S&F cable junction boxes IP 66/67 weather proof for out door installation(with knock outs cable entry junction box size should be 205x255x112 with terminals including complete all accessories specified and directed.

Supply and fix Plug and Socket enclosure, in sheet metal enclosure with MCB, SP 20 Amps 240 Volts complete with metal clad socket for window type air conditioners.

Taking down old unserviceable flood lights and supply and fixing 250 watt LED flood light with cast aluminum housing , toughened glass cover, high power LED, second optics , IP 65/66 , 10KV SPD, 100lm/watt, and wired with all accessories.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing 120 WATT LED high/midbay:corvus series intergral industrial high power LED High/midbaywith pressuredie cast alluminium housing anodrisedaluminium reflector at any complete with all acessories.

M&L for scraping the old Painted surfaces and spray painting of LT Pole any size with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint of approved colour complete with all fitting etc all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

Taking down unserviceable aluminium XLPE cable and Supply and fixing copper cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 10 Sq mm 4 core. laid in duct / along pole/wall etc including making connection complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Taking down unserviceable aluminium XLPE cable and Supply and fixing copper cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded copper conductor of size 16 Sq mm 4 core. laid in duct / along pole/wall etc including making connection complete all as directed. Note : 1. The cost of Al thimbles/lugs and cable gland etc is incl in quoted rate and no extra payment will be made for it.

Taking down unserviceable XLPE cable and Supply and fixing cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50 sq mm 3.5 core. laid in duct / along pole/wall etc including making connection complete all as directed. Taking down aluminium cable and Supply and fixing copper cable 4 sqmm 2 core PVC round sheathed insulated Unsheathed copper conductor industrial cable voltage 1100 volt for connection junction box to light.

Taking down aluminum cable and Supply and fixing copper cable 2.5 sqmm 2 core PVC round sheathed insulated Unsheathed copper conductor industrial cable for voltage 1100 volt .

Taking down unserviceable DB and Supply and fixing Distribution Board single door, prewired type, made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 30 & IK 08 protection surface mounting SPN 2 way, 240 volts ,dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCB’s and isolators etc complete all as directed.

Taking down/dismantling UPS of capacity up to 5 KVA,415 Volts carefully from its original position and repair & overhauling carrying with following all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

(a) Replacement of capacitor 4700MFD/450 Volt,10MFD/440VAC.

(b) Replacement of connector 2 way/60A,3 Way/60 Amps,4 way/60 Amps.

(c) Replacement of display digital meter.

(d) Replacement of fuse igbt 75A/600 volt

(e) Replacement of relay 30A/12/1

(f) Replacement of shunt 75 mv/50Amps.

(g) Replacement of module & Sensing X"MER Charger 19-0-19(440 volt),inverter 7-0-7(230 volt),Display 13-0-13(230 volt)

(h) Replacement of Current Transformer CT25A Double CON

(j) Replacement of tranformer,inverter tx 130v/260v,DC Choke 1.5MH/35A

(k) Replacement of PCB,Charger 3 phase,dc card,combo card front display meter card,divider card.

(l) Replacement of Display sticker,isolate terminal,fuse holder,Registor 1k/20 w,spot switch,buzzer,3 way box connect etc

Servicing and repair minor parts of Static Frequency Converter of capacity 60 KVA, carefully from its original position and repair & overhauling , fabrication,carrying with new essential parts all as specified and directed by Engr -in -charge.

Taking down unserviceable MCB SPN and Supply and fixing MCB,SPN 40 Amps capacity, C Curve type suitable for 240 volts AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA including making connection complete all as directed.

Taking down unserviceable light and Supply and fixing Ceiling light 36 WATT-2 ft X 2 ft Recess mounting led ultra slimceiling light with extruded aluminium housing and milky diffuser.LED ultra slim panel.

Taking down unserviceable and Supply and fixing CPT Cirprotec CPT-L ESE lightning rod with stainless steel body Type Advance lightning protection system in compliance with standard NFC 17-102 & UNE 21186-96, working on the principle of Early Streamer Emission technology which will offer Level 1 protection for up to 30 Mtrs Mtrs radius when mounted on the RCC concrete base on Building at a height of 4.5 mtrs from the place to be protected complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down unserviceable mounting str and Supply and fixing mounting structure of 4.5 mtrs height with base plate suitable for roof mounting on RCC concrete base on Building complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge

Taking down unserviceable copper conductor and Supply and fixing of 1X50 sq mm copper conductor with 0.5 mm thick PVC sheathed cable complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Taking down unserviceable digital lighting and Supply and fixing 4 digital electromechanical lightning event counter in weather proof resistance complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Supply and fixing of test Link for connecting the earth pit and down conductor complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M & L for maintainance free enviroment friendly earth electrode set comprising of 17.2mm dia,3 mtrs long rod of low carbon steel molecular copper bounded for a thickness of 250 micro ohms, highly conductive ANSI/NSF STD-60 certified carbon bound backfill compound which shall set like concrete according to BS 7430 & IEEE 80 (each bag shall contain 50 lbs) complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge. Make : JEF Ecosafe or equivalent.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing LED Street light 120 watt indus series powder coated pressure die cast aluminium high power LED bldg security light with heat resistant toughned glass with lens ,INDUS SERIES.

Taking down unserviceable LED light and Supply and fixing LED Bldg security light 45 watt indus series powder coated pressure die cast aluminium high power LED bldg security light with heat resistant toughned glass with lens ,INDUS SERIES.

Taking out old unserviceable Lt panel. Taking down old unserviceable MCCB and supply and fixing MCCB, 415 volts, 3 pole of cap 100 Amps, 25 KA, ICS = 100% ICU, with fixed Thermal - Magnetic setting including spreader terminal/ thimble of suitable size and making connections including necessary fitting and fixture alongwith addition/alteration LT panel at site complete all as directed.

S&F HDPE of Pressure rating 6kg/cm sq pipe of 50 mm dia including necessary bends,elbows,Tees etc on cable protection complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCCB and supply and fixing of MCCB sheet metal enclosure suitable for holding MCCB of 100 amp capacity four pole type including necessary fitting and fixture alongwith addition/alteration LT panel at site complete all as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable MCB and supply and fixing MCB 6 to 32 Amps capacity, C Curve type suitable for 240 volts AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA including making connection complete all as directed

Taking down old unserviceable MCB and supply and fixing MCB, 4 Pole, 63Amps capacity, C Curve type suitable for 415 volts AC supply, SP with over load and short circuit protection and rupturing capacity not less than 10 KA including making connection complete all as directed.

Taking old rusted stand post of 250 watt flood light. Supply and fix GI tubes medium grade of 80 mm dia ( 01 mte length for each light) and including cut in piece , welding, nut , bolts, washers,iron plate etc, grouting in ground and fixing of plain 5 mm thick angle iron bracket for holding of GI pipe & 250 mm flood light to be fixed on GI Pipe complete all as specified & directed.-

Disconnect electric connection and taking out existing service cable from the cable duct and taking out cable duct cover , cleaning sand /mud /other items after cleaning reconnect the service cable and checking electric supply in each helipade lights complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge Note : Cable duct around helipad area and H1 & H2 lights duct.

Supply and fixing in replacement equal 50 x 50 mm angle iron 4 mm thick and including cuting welding , fixing to wall / floor for laying/ fixing of cable tray on it with nut and bolts ,washers etc complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge

Securing of hanging and loose electrical cable & taking up loose cable from wall, pole , roof and refixing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables upto 06 Nos of sizes from 06 Sqmm 2 Core to 185 Sqmm 3.5 core complete fixed on wall pole , roof properly with suitable Plastic strep cable Zip ties nylon self locking wire ties black 250 mm and galvanised 'U' clamps with anchor fastner or saddles and screws all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Mild Steel Galvanized Coating Powder Coated Cable Tray vantilatted channel type single compartment of size 300 mm x 38 mm x 2.0 mm for carrying of LT cable of suitable size fixing on wall/ angle iron along with all necessary fixing accessories ( bracket, nut bolts, washer, fastner) all as spcified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable UPS and Supply and fixing UPS (inverter) 3 KVA /96 VDC single phase AC input 160 to 260 V . (a) Isolation transformer for 30 min back up single phase AC input 160 to 260 V and out put 230 ± 1% - 01 No (b) 30 Miniuts backup 12 Volt 42 AH SMF batteries with battery links - 08 Nos (c) Stainless steel battery rack with links, nut, bolts etc with all accessores for fixing of 08 Nos of battery - 01 No .

Taking out old unserviceable UPS and Supply and fixing UPS (inverter) 5 KVA /180 VDC three phase AC input 300 to 450 V. (a) Isolation transformer for 30 min back up single phase AC input 300 to 450 V and out put 230 ± 1% - 01 No Make Exide/Amron (b) 30 Miniuts backup 12 Volt/ 26 AH SMF batteries with battery links - 15 Nos (c) Stainless steel battery rack with links, nut, bolts etc with all accessores for fixing of 15 Nos of battery - 01 No.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtrs. in depth for foundation, laying of cablesetc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (Soil) n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 Mtrs. above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement hot dip galvanized anti corroded weather proof octagonal wind sock pole 7 mtrs long with 1500 mm long 04 Nos Arms bracket, tapper plug,bolts nuts and screws etc top mounting and foundation complete with base plate and final including PCC foundation as per manufacturer design complete all as specified and directed including taking out existing damaged pole . Taking down Old Unserviceable battery and supply and fixing new SMF battery having 30 Miniuts backup 12 Volt 26 AH SMF batteries with battery links .

Taking down unserviceable helipad light and Supply and fixing helipad light IN -OMH on indentificational medium intensive inset light ICA : Annex 14 volume , Fan : AC 130/5390-23, NATO : Stanag 3652 , Cap : 160, BS : 3224 and technical charrcteristics as under :- (a) Lamp: 50 watt/12Vac per focussed halogen lamp with an integral alchroic coated 50 mm rectification lamp grater than 4000 hours.
