Earth work excavating for foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Earth work open excavating for cut off wall foundation in all kinds of soils and sub soils and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m except hard rock requiring blasting to full depth as may be directed inclusive of shoring strutting, bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M10 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using crusher broken hard granite course aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 20mm down graded to I.S specified grading (To achive the specified characteristic strengh of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer of the placement site by baling / pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and downgraded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minium cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maxium water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticizer/Super plasticizer) in recommended proportions asper IS 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m) 7730 kg of 20 mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcemnt grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including and laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fabrication and placing in position of Ribbed Tor steel for all RCC works including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting upto 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm. Thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over country wood joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Center to center and supported by Casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia. (spaced at 75cm) center to center etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 400 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Gravel packing for Revetment and block protection including cost of materials, conveyance and all labour charges, lead and lifts etc., complete as directed by the departmental offcers.

Supplying and filling with M.sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick including watering, consolidation etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation below Cement Concrete block 40mm thick graded inverted filter provided in two or more layers (ie 50 mm, 40 mm, 20 mm and 12 mm size metal) etc., complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers .

Rough stone dry packing using new rough stones for talus apron and revetments etc., including cost of Rough stones, conveyance Labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification and directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling loose boulders of Size more than 300mm and weight more than 40kg in U/S and D/S apron using including conveyance,cost of materials etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work in all soils except medium rock/hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 metre deploying earth moving machineries and tippers with a lead of 7 km including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning consolidation by power roller etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Dewatering using 7.5 HP Diesel engine pumpset including Hire charges,cost of Diesel,Engine oil,Pump operator,labour charges, conveyance of pumpset and fuel to site and back ,loading ,unloading and any other incidential charges etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

Supplying and fixing in position of seepage pipes of 75 mm dia PVC pipe with standing working pressure of 6 Kg/cm2 required lengths with required filter media (excluding the cost of filter media) for abutment and wings including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for fixing etc.,complete complying with standard specification as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing of Expansion Board (water proof) 20mm thick including cost of required accessories @ suitable Intervel as directed by the departmental officers - For Walls

Drilling of Bore wells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone, shales, pebbles, boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 / 150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rig fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site as directed by the departmntal officers, including construction of mud pit and closing of the above mud pit with proper protection arrangements to avoid any casualities and should be removed only after getting specfic direction from the departmental officers.

Supply of 200mm dia ribbed screen PVC pipes of wall thickness between 10 mm to 11.20mm with one male thread and the other end with female thread in 3m length and required cut length have to be provided as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply of 200mm dia end cap for bore hole bottom of as directed by the departmental officers .

Labour charges for inserting 200mm PVC dia casing pipes assembly (Plain & ribbed) in the drilled bore hole including jointing of pipes with PVC couplers and top cover with cement paste etc., complete. Supplying and packing the annular space with pebbles etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Charges for developing the bore well with air compressor of 600 CFM capacity (Minimum 8 hours) including transportation, labour and fuel charges for compressor as directed by departmental officer.

Supplying and filling in foundation,basement etc,. With filling M.sand in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc,. Complete compying with standard specifications as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and filling of 40 mm HBS Jelly in layers, including cost and conveyance of materials to work site complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Charges for the services of electrical logging in the pilot bore holes and mazdoor employed for electrical logging works as per etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Supplying and fixing of RCC Non Pressure Spun pipe of size 900mm diameter, vertically in position over the bore well pipe with a length of 1.55m below river/drain bed having top cover firmly sealed in position and provided with small holes on top and side etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Barricading work around the entire work site including of the tracks made from the river/drain bund to the borewell point for laying of artificial recharge shaft using casurina poles at 1.50m c/c (8cm to 10cm dia and 1.8m height) vertical with horizontal etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Supply and fixing of site safety board inside the barricading work at the work site with clear height of not less than 2.10m from the ground level to the bottom of the safety board and 0.60m below ground level using M,S sheet of 60cm x 60cm in equilate etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.

Charges for the services of Geophysical resistivity survey at shaft site and mazdoor employed for Geophysical investigation works etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmentsl officers.
