Dismantling carefully the existing /Brick work / stone masonary /PCC /RCC along with finishing by chiselling without damaging existing structure including cutting the reinforcement etc. depositing the serviceable material at departmental store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and laying 230/150mm consolidated thickness dry rubble stone hard core soling of following consolidated thickness in sub base to floor and in plinth protection to required levels and lines with first quality rubble, hand set, well packed including filling the interstices with smaller stone chips, supplying & finishing/ blinding the surfaces with approved blinding quality aggregates including watering, consolidation etc. complete as per Specifications, drawings & as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, centering etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick masonry in sub structure / super structure at all floors and locations using well burnt bricks of approved quality, make in CM 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) to correct line, level and plumb including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc, complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Random rubble masonry in foundation and superstructure using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including raking out joints, simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses ofeach layer, including PVC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing etc. complete all as per specification, directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:If through stones are not available for greater dimnsion,same can be provided with M-25 grade concrete of required size without any extra cost.)

Providing PVC SWR Pipe 75 mm ø for weep hole in drain / nullah walls as per drawings, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Raised and cut pointing to stone work with readymix cement mortar 1:4, including raking out joints, pointing neatly and finishing the joints as specified below including curing, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Reinforced Cement Concrete of following grade in foundation and plinth at all levels and locations conforming to I.S. 456-2000 using 20mm. maximum size down graded stone aggregate including machine mixing, conveying, placing in position, mechanical consolidation, finishing, curing etc. all complete as per specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Extra for providing RMC (Ready Mixed Concrete) confirming to IS : 4926 (latest) in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC items supplied by approved RMC manufactures for all type of structural elements/ RCC elements and Misc works including transporting, pumping /manually etc. complete as per instruction of the Engineer in charge. (Note:- i) The contractor shall obtain prior approval of RMC manufacturer from Engineer in Charge in writing. ii) This item shall be measured in addition to the original items of RCC and PCC mentioned elsewhere in Schedule of Quantities substructure. iii) The rate shall apply for all levels and locations including all type of structure etc.complete. iv) Extra for RMC in lieu of conventional RCC and PCC of any grade mentioned elsewhere shall be measured and paid under this item for substructure).

Providing, erecting, fixing in position striking/removing and cleaning steel / timber shuttering & centering for formwork in foundation plinth at all levels and locations for all geometrical shapes in plain, curved surfaces of structural/RCC elements including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, props, rails, bracings, brackets, cutting holes for pipes etc., providing & applying approved form oil on all surfaces of form work coming in contact with concrete including close hacking of all exposed concrete work after removal of form work, all materials, labour etc. all complete as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Reinforcement for RCC work including supplying, delivering, storing of various diameters as required at site of work including loading, unloading, transporting, decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position at all locations & levels and binding with 18 gauge, soft drawn annealed steel binding wire including carrying out various tests as required etc. all as per specifications,drawings & as directed by the Engineer in charge. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500 D manufactured by SAIL, TATA STEEL and RINL only.

Supplying and fixing supporting frame using Galvanised Iron section work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc. for cladding work at all levels and locations as per site condition, drawing and pattern as required at site, embedding inside masonry/ concrete wall, cutting of reinforcement if any including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position using 10 dia. Anchor fasterners of M/s Hilti and applying zinc coating of 460 gsm (both side inclusive) as per IS : 277 including welding and bolted with special shaped washers including necessary scaffolding etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Cement plastering using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with POP over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals, Concure of M/s fosroc, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Precise Conchem Pvt. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary and making nosing / dripmould in plaster wherever required, at all floors and levels, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, including membrane curing by applying one coat brush, roller or spray using acrylic based curing compound i.e. Resikure of M/s Anuvi Chemicals/ Concure Of M/s. NOTE:1. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. In case of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chicken wire mesh at his own cost . No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.

Cement plastering 20 mm thick using in Readymix CM 1:4 using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Build Well ready mix plaster ' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd / Readymade polymerised Dry mix Plaster - Silicoplast of M/s. Ltd.or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per and applied over stone wall or brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification, including scaffolding and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC.

Kotah stone flooring / dado / skirting /ramp at all floors & levels using Min 25 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar bedding as specified below, close jointed & pointed with matching slurry of cement finished to levels, slope or plumb, curing including removing, dismantling the existing with bedding / backing mortar & disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

a) In flooring with Ready mix factory made cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick bedding and machine polishing after laying.

b) In dado/ skirting with Ready mix factory made cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick back coatplaster and machine polishing after laying.

b) In ramp flooring with 100mm wide strips with Ready mix factory made cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick back coatplaster and machine polishing after laying.

Providing & laying at all floors & levels first quality ceramic tiles of minimum thickness as specified by the manufacturer of M/S. H&R JHONSON (INDIA) Ltd. or euqivalent approved make of approved colors, shade and texture in flooring / dado / skirting as per approved pattern. incluidng cost of all materials, including cutting the tiles to required shape, wastage, pointing the joints with white cement mixed wirh matching pigments to match the colour of the tiles, finished to line, level, slope & plumb, final cleaning of surface as required, curing , making necessary opening cutouts etc.and including removing existing flooring / dado and disposing of debris outside colony complete all as per specifications,drawings, relevent IS code & as directed by the EIC.

a) In flooring with rectified ceramic tiles of size 300 x 300 (approx size ) Digital HD series of M/s H& R Johnson or euqivalent approved make with 20 mm thick 1:4 Cement mortar bedding (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only)

b) In dado / Skirting with tiles of 300X600mm (Approx size) of Digital HD Series of M/s H&R johnson (India) Limited or approved equivalent fixed over 12 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) backing / fixed directly over existing tile with polymer cum cement based tile adhesive manufactured by M/s. Roffe construction (Non-Skid Ahhesive, NSA) or M/s Ardex Endura (Gold Star) or other approved equivalent, jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade & finishing the top of skirting/dado etc. complete.

Providing & laying machine cut machine polished Cuddapah stones/granite stone/marble stone/composite marble as mentioned followings for kitchen platform vertical support /shelves /window cill etc and including necessary cement mortar for backing/ bedding, close jointed and grouted with matching cement slurry and finished to line, slope, level, plumb, curing etc, as required including cutting of stone slabs,wastage, making cut outs wherever required and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC. Note : 1)Verticals,shelves,platform shall be embedded minimum 25 mm in wall/flooring. 2) Window jamb, cill & lintel bottom with granite / gren marble shal be mitred / partly mitred joint as directed by Eingineer-In-Charge. 3)Exposed inside vertical finished face of window below platform shall be measured for payment in sqm. 4) All finished natural stones except for floorings shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface, spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones.(Applicable to item no 15.1,15.2 & 15.5) 4)Agencies shall quote rate accordingly.

a) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill in stepped form laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) & overlapping of 20 mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive with best workmanship, including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face etc complete.

b) 18 mm thick machine cut and single side machine polished Baroda green marble stone for window cill, jamb, parapet top & bottom of lintel, stair riser in single piece laid over 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) including half round moulding & polishing of exposed face, necessary screwing at suitable span as directed by EIC etc complete.

Providing and fixing in position at all floors, levels / heights 18 mm thick mirror polished natural stones slab for door frame in two overlapping layers one piece full length / height of approved shade, finished sizes as directed including machine cut / hand cut, final cleaning, moulding and polishing of exposed edges, in line, level, plumb and fixing the stone with cm 1:3, 20mm backing & overlapping of 20mm shall be fixed with Araldite adhesive, with best workmanship, finishing, curing, including removing existing door frame, shutter & fittings etc.and depositing the same at dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC. Note: 1) All finished natural stones shall be applied with araldite or equivalent stone adhesive on back surface spreading/splashing of sand particles on adhesive applied surface before a day of fixing of stones. 2) Agencies shall quote rate accordingly. 3) Exposed surface on Elevation & exposed vertical finished face shall be measured for payment in sqm. Overlapping & edges etc shall not be measured. Frame joints shall be mitred joint / partly mitred joint as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

a) Jet black granite Stone

Supplying & fixing 35 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) , Rajashree Plastiwood or other equivalent approved make of approved colour pattern, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides including providing recessions for hinges and providing & fixing 4 nos 125 mm heavy duty S.S. hinges, all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.

Supplying and fixing heavy duty superior quality fittings , fixtures and fasteners along with necessary CP screws, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as per approved samples. etc. complete all as directed by the E-I-C., 1. One sample board consisting of each item of schedule of quantities with approved quality fittings & fixtures & necessary accessories including chromium plated brass screws, bolts, nuts, washers should be submitted for approval of Engineer-in- charge. Large scale procurement shall be taken up only after approval of the Engineer-in-charge.After approval, the samples shall be kept in the office of the Engineer-in-charge to ascertain the approved quality for the entire work. 2.All fittings & fixtures shall be of approved make.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors and locations Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivet joint of specified size, made of integrated approved colour/ bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium sections (extruded) of M/s Jindal/Indal/Hindalco or other approved manufacturer of all geometrical shapes and design with size and weights as shown in the drawing for frames and shutters including making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc,(including wastages if any) conforming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze/colour anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing anodised aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze/colour anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame and shutter, glass and depositing serviceable material to dept store and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing following thickness of clear float/ frosted / Bajara sheet glass of M/S Modi guard/ Saint Gobin/IAG or other approved equivalent manufacture and fixing with Aluminium frame work (door/ window) including fixing aluminium channel beading and providing and fixing 2 way EDPM gasketing to ensure water and air tightness and neoprene cushions/ gasket accommadated in grooves, necessary bronze anodised screws etc, all complete generally as per drawings specifications and as directed by Engineer in Charge

Providing and fixing wall panneling with 8mm thick clear toughned Glass with on the aluminium section framing including providing and fixing of stainless steel screws and washer at proper distance complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Aluminium will be paid in relevant item of Aluminium sction.

Providing and fixing 0.5 mm thickness corrugated galvalume sheet for roofing system (M/s. JSW or approved equivalent make) for sloped roof/ curved roof of any geometrical shape, ridge, facia, fins, projections and gutters etc., at all levels and locations with overlaps and neccesary ridges, fixing the sheet with self tapping SS Screws fixed with machine over new frame / existing frame including correction/addition in structural member in old frame as per required etc. all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (new structural steel shall be paid in relavent item)

Providing & fixing 3mm thick transparent / translucent polycarbonate sheet at all floors & locations as per drawing, design and pattern using stainless steel self tapping screws & washer at 450 mm C/C including labour, materials, scaffolding, cutting, wastage and necessary overlap as per manufacturer's specification etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by EIC. (new structural steel shall be paid in relavent item)

Providing and applying one coat of base primer (Apex Ultima protect of M/s. Asian paints or Aquatech of M/s. ICI Dulux or equivalent) and two top coats of acrylic water proof exterior coating of Apex Ultima Protek of M/s. Asian Paints / Weathershield flexx rainproof system of M/s. ICI Dulux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / form finished surfaces / rough cast plaster at all locations as required, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 6-8 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.47 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats,(base coat @.29 Ltr/sqm & two top coats @0.18 Ltr/sqm ) for sand face surfaces including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. Complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTES: The surface shall be cleaned with water jet with high pressure water pump spray of at least 80 to 100 kg/sq.cm. and brushing/ rubbing with coir to remove all foreign materials etc. before painting work.

a) Over existing sand faced plastered / Form finished surfaces with two coats paint over one coat primar

Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats ofapproved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco puttywork , apply two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Repainting of old painted wooden/steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint using first quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over one coat of approved wood/steel primer including preparing surfaces, filling with putty scaffolding and cleaning etc. including removing old paint by scrapping, blowlamp and disposal of debris inside Anushaktinagar colony at the location identified by EIC etc. complete all as per drawing, specifications etc, all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing structural steel M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc for fencing/grating at all levels and location as per existing design and pattern including supplying, cutting, fabricating, welding , erecting and fixing in position, including necessary scaffolding including painting whole angle with two coat of Epoxy paint of approved shade and on coat of approved epoxy primer etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing 8 guage mesh of size 50 mm x 50 mm to the M.S. post on the top of compound wall including nuts, washers, and 6 mm dia fixing rods, including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved metal primer etc. etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing concertina barbed tape coil of 610 mm dia. made from M.S galvanized ribbon tape of 0.5 mm thickness, 19 mm width stretching the coil to 9 m approximate, fixing the coil with clips between "Y" armed and MS angle posts 2.44 m high from ground level including supplying and fixing MS galvanized clips etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and including painting by dipping method the concertina tape coil with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved primer at fabrication shop, before bringing the material to the site and fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying, erecting and fixing in position 2 ply , 12 gauge 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M. S. angle posts including cost of 6 mm dia G.I.‘J' hooks, Bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding, and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make & shade over a coat of approved metal primer etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Providing and fixing 60 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 30) of approved colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 80 mm thick (min) factory made interlocking paver blocks (grade of cement concrete M- 35) of M/s. Supertile or equivalent approved make, colour, shade, size, shape of glossy / matt finish including supplying & laying 50 mm thick stone dust evenly spread over the sub base including consolidation of sub base, properly vibrating with the surface vibrater, finishing to line, level and slope, finally filling the joints with fine clean sand and cleaning the surface etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing Hydraulically pressed factory made kerb stones full bull nose /half battered from approved manufacturers like M/s Super Tiles or other approved equivalent , made up of cement concrete grade not less than M-30 and having size 500 X 325 X 125 mm , of approved including removing the existing kerb stone stacking at designated place by EIC, necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing, fixing with CM 1:3, jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 including earth work and 75 mm thick & 200 mm wide PCC 1:3:6 for foundation below kerb stone etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing coloured paving chequered cement tiles of M/s.Super Tiles (Super precast and Infrastructure) or equivalent approved manufacturers as per approved finish, design, pattern, shade for flooring and dado/skirting laid over concrete parking or footpath in 20 mm thick c.m. bedding in respect of flooring and fixed over 12 mm thick backing cement mortar 1:4 (Using factory made Ready Mix Mortar only) jointed with cement slurry & grouted with pigment of matching shade including filling the joints etc, complete all as directed by EIC

a)In flooring with 300 X 300 X 30mm or as specified

b)In dado / Skirting Tiles of size as specified in 30 mm thick
