Note:- The work for water proofing treatment on roofs shall be exeuted through original manufacturers or thier autorised applicators.

Supply and fixing in replacment PVC body Exhaust Fan 200 mm Sweep,2370 RPM 230 Volt, AC 50 HZ including louvers. The rate includes making proper arrangement for fixing i.e. cutting bricks/stone boulders of appropriate size and finishing the surface with cement work and matching paint finishes complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in replacment electric water heater of capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated heating element upto 2 KW with glass line inner tank with whirlflow technology , Mg anode rod, IPX4 high strength polymer body complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece etc. , complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor needs to submit manufacturing warranty of geyser of minium two years to engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacment factory made load line DB's double door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet with insulating materials like polyester epoxy coated surface mounting 4 way TPN 415 Volts, IP 43 with suitable busbar, neutral link & earth link including MCCB TPN 100 Amp, 25KA as incomer & MCB SP 32/40 Amp of 10 KA capacity of 16 Nos as out going complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing MCCB, 4 pole, 415 volt of capacity 100 amp, breaking capacity not less than 36 KA , Icu=100% Ics thermal magnetic type adjustable type 80 to 100 % confirming to IEC-60947-II, IS-13947-II , including thimbles, nuts, bolts ,washers etc. and connections, replacement of thimbles, minor parts like nuts bolts washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 1 to 152 :- (i) The work described in these items shall be executed in bldgs up to (G+3 floor) hence the contractor shall make scaffolding arrangements, trestles, ladders etc and hessian clothes for protection & all other safety precautions up to 04 storeys of buildings and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. (ii) Arrangement of any required machinery / tools required for removing debris from terrace to ground and then remove to outside MOD land, will be made by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. (iii) Removing building materials /debris / old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type (except sch of credit materials ) etc beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates
