Construction of Approach Road to My Home Industry at Byree, Jajpur, Odisha. From chainage 0.000 Km to 2.930 Km (RD and WR Part)

Clearing and grubbing roads and land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requiments of lines, grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment and as per MoR&TH specifications etc complete.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrowpits having CBR not less than 5% with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2and as per relevent clauses of section-300.including cost of leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting,all labour, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing laying in approved layer thickness to line grade cross section and constructing Granular Sub-Base close graded Grading IV as shown in the drawing using crushed stone aggregate conforming to grading specified in (Table 400-I /400-I A) & in accordance with physical requirement in BS 812 Part III, Technical specification Part I/II of specification for road and bridge works MORT&H (4th revision) spreading the same with motor grader of adequate capacity with hydraulic controlled blades & compacting the same with vibratory roller of minimum 80 to 100KN static weight or of equivalent capacity, to achieve minimum required density including full compensation to all operations, all inclusive costs, contigencies, incidentals, involved for finished defect free item of work complete to specification & as directed by the Engineer or his representative to satisfaction.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per Table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 150kg/cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver and compacting with vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per Clause 601 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per Clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th Revision)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing & applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using manual means as per clause 502 of MoSRT&H Specifications for road & Bridge works.(AR, P-167/43)

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen,transported to site, laid over a previouslyprepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per Clause 507 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works
