Labour charges for replacement of valves, pipes, subs, bends and Reducers by Non IBR welding works. Replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Heater drip, condenser air, Auxiliary steam, and drain water lines etc by Non IBR welder.

Labour charges for IBR welding for cutting and welding of GLV 1”/1500/2500 class valves or equivalent joints by IBR welder.

Charges for Cutting the defective 2" pipe size of OD 60.3 mm or 2” valve on one side in drain / vent line, grinding and welding the line or valve in one side in the line by IBR welder. This work involves changing the eroded / cracked bends and pipes in HPT Transfer pipe drain lines.

Labour charges for replacing the defective drain line valves or equivalent in Cooling water lines and ACW lines by Non IBR welder. (ERW pipe, reducer & bends) Rate for Two number Non IBR cutting and welding)
