Construction of C.C lining of Bhanra Minor from RD 00m to RD 3632m off-taking from RD 27930m of Right Main Distributary under Deo Irrigation Project for the year 2025-26.

Excavation in canal/drain by mechanical means in all kind of soil (this shall include sandy soil, ordinary soil, hard soil, gravelly soil, slushy soil, stony earth mixed with gravels, stiff heavy clay, hard shale, compact moorum, soling of road path, sand, silt etc.) in both wet & dry condition, trimming of slope & bed to design section including stump removal, shoring, strutting, propping bullahs, pilling, dewatering and removing the excavated materials with all leads and de-lift, etc and depositing the useful excavated materials in the embankment sections in layers not exceeding 22.50 cm. in depth breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm size and depositing the unsuitable earth in spoil bank or any other specified space loading into and unloading by mechanical means and transportation by transportation vehicle with all lead, lift and de-lift complete with hire & running charges of machineries, all costs for site illumination, mobilisation, demobilisation, construction of approach road & diversion road, coffer dams and all taxes and cess etc. complete including all cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Preparation of bed foundation by wedging and barring in hard rock including removal of loose rock complete and disposall of muck by emchanical means within initial lead & lift by the department for completion of the work with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Filling sand in foundation well watered and rammed in layers as per drawing & specification with al with all leads, lifts and de-lifts including cost, conveyance, taxes & royalty of sand, T & P , labour & Cess etc. complete including all cost incidental to work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of P.C.C confirming to M-15 grade using hard granite crusher broken aggregate of size 40 mm & downgraded mixed mechanical means including cost & conveyance of all materials to mixing yard and transportation of mixed concrete for laying on approved surface as per approved drawing, with all lead, lift, de-lift and transportation by manual/mechanical means including cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, labour & Cess including dewatering by suitable means, vibrating the concrete by mechanical means, hire & running charges of machineries, curing for specified days by suitable means supervision charges including mobilisation and demobilisation with cost of construction and dismantling of gang ways and scaffolding including construction of cofferdam, approach road, diversion road, site illumination etc. complete as per approved drawing with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, providing and straightening the coiled or bent up HYSD bars of approved quality confirming to grade as specified, cutting, bending and placing the grills in position and binding the grills in position binding with wire 18 to 20 SWG, lapping, splicing, welding the joints wherever necessary for RCC work as per approved design, drawing with all lead, lift and delift and all cost of materials, labour, T&P, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour & cess with cost of mobilization, demobilization, diversion road, approach road, site illumination etc. complete cost with all incidental to the work but excluding GST and as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Rigid shuttering with box type steel shuttering plates with keys for for intermediate construction joints in rafts of weirs, barrage and dam bo blocks including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, Cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing centering and shuttering materials at all heights with steel sections (channel, angles ISMB) as per requirement for providing from work for F1 finish, using steel shutter plates of approved specifications for unexposed surfaces of the canal structures or away from flow areas of high velocity including cost of all materials, Taxes, T & P, labour, Cess and cost of transportation of all materials by manual / mechanical means and dismantling and finishing complete with all cost for mobilization, demobilization including all costs incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying & laying 25mm thick bituminous expansion joint board of approved quality in the expansion joint including cost, conveyance and taxes of all the materials required for the work complete in all respect but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing weep holes in PCC/RCC abutment wing wall, return wall with 75 mm dia. PVC pipes extending through the full width of the structure with slope of IV :20H towards draining face complete as per approved drawing and technical specification including providing graded back fill for filter zone in rear side removal of clogged materials from weep holes and cost, carriage, royalty, taxes & T&P, labour, Cess and supervision charges etc. complete including cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Rough stone dry packing in apron and revetments with other than H.G. stone 30cm and above size to proper line and level with cost of stone and all labour required including conveyance of stone with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance,taxes, royalty etc. of all materials with all leads & lifts complete with all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in canal embankment as per specified approved section for all height using approved earth, excavated by mechanical means from borrow area including loading into transportation vehicle, transportation by mechanical means and unloading the earth in canal embankment on properly prepared approved surface with all lead, lift and de-lifts laying the earth in layers not exceeding 22.5cm in depth removing the un-desirable materials breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to royalty and cess including construction maintenance, watering haul road and borrow areas including rough dressing of previously compacted country side slope to design section to receive turfing and utilising the cutting earth in the design canal section complete with all cost for construction of approach road ,diversion road ,site illumination ,demobilisation etc. complete and all cost incidental to the work but excluding GST and as per specification and the direction of Engineer-in-charge.(Payment is to be made on finished level section of earth after deduction of earth utilised from the cutting section of canal. Contractor has to arrange borrow earth at his own cost).

Filling in foundation trenches with useable quality of earth available from foundation excavation in layer not exceeding 15 cm thick including watering ramming manually or mechanically fully compacted with all leads, lifts and de-lifts, tools and plants, all taxes, labour, Cess and cost incidental to work but excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
